Bought a shoe 1 month in advance for my kids birthday, shoe never came. When I enquired the owner started fighting. No shoe or money came back from these *******
Signed a mandate with them, to which no further communication was received. When we called the agent some one entirely different answered and had no knowledge of what we were talking about. Our concern is all the personal information that was divulged to this agent
No way to contact, chatbot does not respond. No internet active but paying for the services
Moved houses and used this company. Guys came to my house tired and lazy. My appliance were not handled with care or curtesy. I have witnesses at the new house that can claim they were dumping our furniture such as couches, furniture and appliances in the yard and then moving them haphazardly into my home. My dishwasher and washing machine are now not working and when we call for help we are met with a no care attitude from Alberto. I was told it will take 20/30 days to review this matter only after I write a written complaint. I am horrified and in shock as to the way this is handled and to the manner in which the movers behaved with my hard earned home goods.
Waiting for months for a package to be picked up. Every time we call all they can do is escalate. How about they actually send someone to pick up the package.
Made a booking for Eid lunch at the bringing of the month. Got to the place with my hungry kids and no table available, my name was not on the system but it was written in the book. So disappointing as I had to run around with small kids on EID for FOOD. Will not recommend this place to anyone
Suspended my line for a week now, no payments outstanding. Every time I call they say they have processed the reconnection I have to wait 6 to 24 hours. One week later I’m still calling and they still saying the same thing. No managers to assist
Cannot get a hold of any agent. Spoke to some one about a rental which is required urgently, agent messaged to say she will respond but nothing comes of that. Called the office, the DIRECTOR said he will call me back but nothing becomes of that aswell. They might as well just close shop, wondering if it’s do to with my colour as other people get responded to.
Vehicle account settled 6 months ago. Vaf still shows on credit profile as active. They sent me logbook but I am not able to get a closure letter
Standard Bank froze my private banking accounts rooting from a ***** alert sent by FNB. The ***** Alert was due to a family dispute which has been rectified. Both calls and affidavits were sent the FNB stating payments verified and cancelling the alert. Both FNB and Standard still have not unfroze the accounts. My daughter is still waiting for a cast for her broken hand because Standard Bank would not allow the medical debit to go through, even though it was explicitly stated that this was a false alarm. Please note that they will be sued should this 3 year old girl not recovery on time
