If there was a negative rating, thats what this store deserves. In my 2,5 years of using this local spar there are always stories and bad management that do not care at all. Between the Spar and the Tops it seems you must be sure of your prices and whats written on shelves because when you get to till prices change, not on one item but numerous items and numerous occasions. Spar could be running a national special but the spar does not update and please don’t waste your time calling the manager coz the response is they will update later they never got a chance. It honestly is starting to feel like they are running some extra charges **** and because the prices at the shelves are incorrect, what price do you actually trust? Apparently I (the customer) must check the barcode of product against the shelve price. Damn moes I will be there for hours. When I thought thats worse, the Supervisor and manager got involved and lol lets just say if I was asked to describe uninterested management, they would be the perfect example. I asked for the manager Samera’s surname for escalation and she literally walked away mid sentence. I walked to her and asked if she did not hear me, she gladly responded by saying “she has other customers to deal with and I am in her store during a busy time”. Ofcause you could imagine none of the staff members knew their supervisor or managers surnames (must be the long working hours making them forget I guess) The Manager came back to intervene I thought but he instead just stood there with his eyes popped open and listening to the Supervisor call him “Papa D, Papa D”. I asked this Samera lady why could she not tell me to my face that she has no time for me. I asked them to just void everything and I will rather go spend my money elsewhere.
Dischem online shopping has to be the worst online shopping platform I have used. I have placed orders twice , order accepted/ processed by store only to find out a few days later it is out of stock. Whats worse is that its not a low stock item, it’s completely hasnt been stocked in the stores for a month however still shows available. The staff that call to notify of the error are not really helpful, they cannot tell you anything, give you guidance or tell you what is wrong. I have asked both times to speak to managers but I guess they are too busy to talk to customers.
Owners need to do better in hiring experienced store managers. Being on a call for over 15mins with a store manager that cannot apologise or fix an error they made is pure *******. The arrogance of the Rosmead/ Kenilworth staff is honestly such a turn off. Having to complain about a wrong order and my options given are to return the food to the store (mind you I am home) or I must shut the hell up and eat the food. My time, money, fuel, airtime? The effort I took to walk in, wait over 30mins and to get home and find the incorrect order is annoying, but whats more disheartening is calling the store and for the issue to be resolved I MUST ACT. What pathetic management skills and because of that I will not return to Bin Rashid, I will also ensure my company will stop placing orders with this restaurant. Store Managers are safe guarding their names, their managers / bosses names because its “personal” information yet you serving customers? They are hogging resources at store level, I mean to argue for dear life instead of fixing an error? To have a manager say they check EVERY SINGLE ITEM that leaves the kitchen is quite absurd when we stand there waiting for orders, or unless its the incompetence that has lead to unreasonable measures, those reasons as a collective are not enough for a manager to not accept that the food I AM USED TO BUYING does not taste the same today?! Geez like.

Been using BOA for almost a year but suddenly this year my nails keep breaking, polish chipping, polygel and acrylic lifting. I have not been able to do a refill on my nails for a while because my nails are fixed numerous times and the poor quality from inception. What makes matters worse is their don’t care attitude, you can try get assistance but all i keep having to do is follow up with them, show up at the salon, get a sorry, nails repaired, another sorry . I have asked for my money but apparently I cannot get it back. How am I forced to re-do my nails at the same place? I did gel to my nails yesterday and I have chipped nails already. Now I must find time and money to get my nails re done. I had such strong nails, but I have been soaking off, fixing, filing so much that it has made my nails brittle. Between a mix of lack of management skills, customer skills, technician technical experience and low quality products used I am not sure why I keep giving it a chance. Imagine in this economy saying goodbye to your money just like that. Maybe after over 10 years of doing nails I need tips on what I can / can’t do with nails done at BOA, or are chips inevitable? Are overlay’s lifting a week in normal? Is coming to fix nails at least once in a week fair? Please this is the worst embarrassing inconvenience
Food *****s at Access Park is honestly the worst Food *****s I have been too. It is always so untidy, meat blood dripping on every other packets, lose meat / vegetable packaging. The service though is shocking, from the apparent store supervisors and managers (Anathi and Nazeema) they are fine with customers waiting in line for over 25mins, close tills while we wait and on top of that we must pack our own groceries because the tellers ask coz they battling with the ques. Not sure how many staff members including management were just standing around not bothered at lines nor customers packing own groceries.
Ocean Basket Blue Hills was the worst experience ever! Nothing tasted like ocean basket, they deep fried out food like 8 times, everything is rubbery, no sauce, the muscles are have zero sauce! I even had to make a home made sauce. The worst!!
This is the worst kind of service ever. They will leave you stranded and when you call in they won't even care. They will just give a generic answer about "it's the festive season" wow. When the driver they called said to us he was only notified at 18:50 for a 19:00 pick up at OR Tambo and this driver was all the way in Gold Reef City. I am done with Road trip. It is not the first nor 4th time i complain and their responses are so so so horrible. Whats worse is, in the beginning they are super efficient not knowing it can be worse. Road trip is ridiculous. I will not recommend it to anyone.
<p>The shell garage in Hillcrest , Pretoria on Lynwood road is the worst. The prices they have on the shelves are different to the ones rung at the till. When you ask them or refuse they tell you they can do nothing about it, the people that deal with the prices come during the day. It is the second time they charge me a different price to what is shown and both times they were unbothered to even check what it is im talking about. It is the worst kind of BS I've encountered and their don't care attitude doesn't make it any better. </p>
