I have been eating breakfast at your restaurant for the last 6 months, 3 times a week. Every single time the food is served cold. I have spoke to your floor manager, kitchen manager and waiters/ waitresses and still nothing is being done about it. I would send the food back but normally run late so dont have time to wait for a new hot plate. Something is wrong. Either your kitchen staff are not plating quick enough or you waiters/waitresses are not collecting the plated food timeously?

Soooo disappointed in the service at this establishment!! You can have good quality and tasty food, but the service provided destroys the experience!!! I went for a meal with my wife during a reasonably quiet time (6 tables occupied). We ordered food with a lady who did not look as if she wanted to be there and was quite honestly rude. We did not get a check in from ANYONE again for the next +-30min while waiting for our food, we had to try and catch the attention of a waitress to place a order for a coffee which took 15min as well. I do not appreciate the attitude of the staff and the fact that they just don't seem to care if it is not a big ordering table. (and this is not the first time we have experienced this here!)

Whether you eat at the restaurant or order food to be delivered, there service and food is always excellent. Well worth it if you do not feel like cooking. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very nice and they have friendly waiters that cater to your every need. Thank you and keep up the good work!!

On 1 September, I ordered my meal online and selected my preferences. When I got home after fetching my meal, I saw that my sides are completely different to what I ordered. I immediately took a photo, together with my online order receipt, and forwarded it to Bonamia via e-mail. That same night, Justin from Bonamia, messages me back: “ Thanks for letting us know I will investigate in the morning and get back to you. We will happily replace the meal. Please accept my apologies. Justin” I WAITED 7 days with NO response from Justin nor anybody from Bonamia. I followed up on the 8th of September with a lengthy email. With NO RESPONSE. Their manager email, the only one they provide on the website, inbox is full too. Their food has become below standard as my wedges were undercooked and my onion rings way too oily (my order stated that I requested vegetables and chips) Their after sales customer service is terrible. I am not done with them and this issue will be resolved. Once such a lovely place… what a shame.
