We will take your money but we will not answer our phones - BONSANO
This life insurance company has a phone number that NOBODY answers!!! Sadly, my parents belong to this group. They are pensioners and do not have the resources to phone this number all day long. THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

Poor customer service
Beware, beware, beware of this company. Elderly mother cancelled her policy, but Bonsano keeps on deducting debit order. Has to reverse the deduction at the bank each month at a cost. Bonsano unreachable by phone. Beware, beware!

Poor customer service
Beware, beware, beware of this company. Elderly mother cancelled her policy, but Bonsano keeps on deducting debit order. Has to reverse the deduction at the bank each month at a cost. Bonsano unreachable by phone. Beware, beware!

BONSANO BEWARE
Looks like this company is struggling to service its customers..my mother has funeral service which used to be with Old Mutual...this company took this service and went on their own...they are totally unreachable, emails to contact persons supplied by Old Mutual bounce. Their fees went up, debit orders go off monthly from my elderly mother, a pensioner's bank account, but no service or contact from this company.

Ek wil graag my ondervinding met jullle deel om die waarheid te sê ek voel bitter ongelukkig met Bonsano. Ja ons almal suffer van die Covid 19 pandemie reg genoeg besighede moet ook hulle winste maak maar n verhoging van 45 rand per maand vir n dood polis waaraan jy amper twintig jaar betaal maar die uikeer bedrag bly dieselde.Veral as jy in n hoë ouderdom is. Ek voel dit is belaglik van BONSANO. Ek wil graag weet hoe jullle mense daaroor voel ek sien uit daarna om te hoor julle kommentaar.Deesdae is nbegrafnis BAIE.Danki
