I'm the clint of Miway. One of Santam clients drove into my car on the n1, she was rubber neck at another accident. I went with my insurance to fix the the car due to the fact that the lady who drove into our car and the broker of her who represents santam told myself and my husband we were harassing her. Never the less... The car is fixed the i had to pay the access money. The claim was sent through to santam. The claim was sent through 26 May 2025. My insurance (Miway) is still waitIng on a repsonse from Santam today. My claim number by santam C1988263.

I have swith my kids from Discovery to GEMS. I have canceled Discovery 31/12/2024. I have indicated to gems they must be put on from the 1st Jan 2025. Gems have approved them from the 1 Feb 2025 with 3 month waiting period. I was also told it doesn't matter when in the month I apply for the medical aid dor my kids they will bw active from the date I indicated. Now they want me to follow another procedure. My kids can't go without medical aid. They get sick any day of the month.

Im with no wifi since Saturday. Vodacom is blaming vumtel and vumatel is blaming vodacom. They cant update the IP address.
Noboday can contact vumatel. The box is active but the internet connection show connected without internet. ISP WHICH IS TELKOM CAN'T CONNECT VUMATEL DIRECTLY. THEY DONT HAVE CONTECT DETAILS OF THEM. WHO DOES BUSINESS LIKE THIS.!!!!!!!!!! SUPER BAD SERVICE
