Locked in the bathroom
Went to the females bathroom used the middle stall because there are only 3 stalls. Closed the latch behind me and then realised there was no handle to open the door. I was stuck in the bathroom for 15 minutes screaming for help because the door was stuck. The front desk is right outside the bathroom. Another customer had to kick the door from the outside to open it and I was finally able to get out. Reported it to the staff and they did not seem to care at all.

Bs services for paying customers
I regret every single second of me being there for My Son ‘s birthday the service was nonsense the promise of Sunday kids eat for free was not kept I ended up paying for every single thing including my son and eyes me pain mind he’s only three the food was not up to Standard The waitress decided not to take anything into consideration I am beyond the appalled with the service as well as just general consideration as clients that are paying I will never support a company again such a disgrace

Food poisoning
Please me weary of this restaurant if you are eating vegetarian. They have veg options on the menu but my guess is that they aren't chosen very often. My wife got seriously ill after having a mushroom burger. The health department needs to investigate restaurants that sell options like this. As it seems they keep them for extended periods of time and the ingredients are probably expired. We will never eat there again. The expectation when ordering something on the menu is it will be safe for consumption. Please fix your quality control processes.

Awesome Food and Great Bar-Bossa Roodepoort
Thank you to Dee, Rodger and Nkosi for an amazing Meal. EXCELLENT SERVICE and very efficient Staff. Most rewarding Atmosphere and Excellent Food. (Cuisine) The Facility is Clean,Welcoming, Charming and most exclusive. A Dining experience not to be missed. Thank you for making Good d Tasteful memories .

Annoying
i went to Bossa Roodepoort yesterday to have a beer and watch the soccer, to my amazement they had locked the door to the bar !!!, how are customers supposed to get in? crazy !!!, ok so I had to walk through the restaurant, then I asked the barman why its locked he said the staff are cold!?
