What a horrible experience just entering the restaurant I have never been so measured by someone and they decided what sort of service I will be getting by the race that I am . So the weather is gloomy and all and I ask to sit outside cause I am ill and have a temperature there are three other people sitting outside with umbrellas open. I asked for lemon with my drink and I was served old dry lemon. lethiwe is as *********** as they come I don’t know if I need to bleach my skin and be white to get proper service or to be treated like an actual paying client this is such a horrible experience she brought me hot drinks and didn’t seem interested in serving me I have never been measured and treated like a piece of nonsense like this in my entire being as if race money is different. And I have been to both branches never this BS she needs to be fired taken for training or something didn’t even spend an hour I ate and left my poor baby was in tears cause we normally stay for a while but now we have had to move to a different place where we will be treated with grace and humanity respect at the most
Such disgusting services should be exposed .I got to ocean basket clearwater and the waitress looked at us and said pick a seat we went outside I tried to place and order for a drink from the waiter but he kept passing is and the table we sat at was his.i ended up ordering a drink from the manager .he took out order and brought us no bread in the meantime ..the manager brought it after I had said where is our bread when Bheki has made sure that the individuals that came after us have been assisted accordingly when my food came the burger was wet at the bottom he hasn't added the cheese and spicy mayo I asked for .I had to call the manager for the 3rd time .they redid the burger .I ordered an additional drink for me and my son and he completely ignored us again .I called the manager once again .if I hadn't started eating I was going to leave .then I ask for the bill and he has included something else with an incorrect price.i am so sad I wasted my money but mostly extremely disgusted by how they swiped my issues under the rag.is this what customer service has been reduced too .people measure how you will be serviced by the number of people at the table.digusting
My level of disgust and anger is at a point of no return . I requested for a refund for the service that you failed to deliver to me when I required it after paying you . months later you send me a *********** gift voucher when I made myself crystal clear that I no longer want to do business with u . I ordered something else and was told to cancel it which I did then the courier comes and delivery absolute ****** **** to my house I want them to come and collect this **** that they delivered and then they are refusing to refund my money the stuff that they all of a sudden came to deliver is not even worth my voucher amount I am not giving you my hard earned money stop being ****mers of note and refund me my money as I have requested 3 million times already .I want my money back and come and collect this bs that you came to deliver I don’t know what it is but I don’t want it . I want my money back into my account . not a voucher cause you are a bunch of ****mer I don’t have the desire to do any business with you guys ever send my money back all of it in full you have my banking details make that refund asap
I bought pants diapers for my son on Monday and he only uses them at night however I've had to change him during the night which never happened. I thought no the issue could be in 1 pack I opened the second packet nd they r just not holding the pee they r definitely not the right I have been using these pants for months never this nonsense he can sometimes use 1 diaper over two nights .but these packets that I got this time around are a clear joke this cant be real.ive used almost 8 diapers in two nights that's **** clicks better fix this or I am marching straight to the shop and causing serious havoc like what the hell .look at the time and I am up for the 2nd time since 9PM to change the child cause I dont want him getting wet or making the bed wet
The staff at southgate is a pure joke and the manager is just selling face to customers.i went there twice I was asked if I had the app so they can compensate me for the ******* service I got I said yes I do have it however not on my current phone but I am registered and they asked for my number wrote it on the slip and I am thinking they r honest ppl like spur and the likes.however that was not the case after book club today I am like let me go to rocca mamas as I am sure I have points to reduce my bill I took everyone including the ones that didnt want to go .however come bill time I realised that my rewards for the past 2 Bill's were not included meaning I didnt go to restuarant I didnt use my money for these rewards they took down my details for nothing like make it make sense.to say i am disappointed is not enuf justice .
To say that I am livid is an Understatement.So my waiter nape or whatever his name was did the most horrible thing and I am sitting here wondering how could this business treat its clients this way .I ordered a pizza and the oil in it was unbearable to even finish 1 slice .I asked for the manager and he glad changed it for me the after service was heartbreaking that I couldn't even speak the way I was so angry I wanted to leave but my son was having a good time and he had made friends even so I was like let me stick it out for his sake.the replacement pizza came and I was afraid to even eat it cause the attitude that it came with one would swear that it had something in it.i the asked about an item on the menu and he said u will call me when u ready to order it i said no problem to my surprise he had it made and I then had to pay for it .I couldn't even say I didnt decide if I want it or not so he decided for me and I had to pay for it.i left immediately afterwards cause I mean what bs service is that.i have ever been so mad in my entire life bossa Mulbarton is a **** a good 500+ down the drain of my heart earned money I regret it from the moment that pizza came out .

The nachos pizza was ******* to say the least the chips were not fresh the chicken was nowhere to be seen i asked for an ice bucket for the wine more then 3 times and i was given ice to put in the wine instead. I asked if i could speak to the manager and instead of that happening we got given someone different and i saw there that getting any assistance was a mission impossible. Asked for the bill and to my surprise my sons meal was charged when i asked upon walking in if they offered kids eat free sundays and the lady nodded but we were billed regrdless. Had to take my son elsewhere so he can have a proper meal and i could get sonwthing else cause the whole money costing experience was so horrible i will never go back there if the value for money is there then please spare yourselves the headache and disappointment waste of petrol time and go elsewhere. Clearwater panarottis is a joke if they cant do the right things they must close shop

As I write this email or review I am disgusted shaking and even beyond livid . This is the third time I am admitted to Daxina private hospital and I can almost be certain I will never ever be treated here ever again . I want my meals bill to be reviewed sent to me and every single thing to be calculated because I refuse to be ****** blind . On 4 instances I have requested for a chefs desert and got a whole fruit instead what is the value of a whole fruit compare a brownie with ice-cream? I am being billed for a porshe then getting a tazz instead that is ***** , misadvertising and dishonesty. Then for lunch on the 08/06/25 I got served spoilt rice and the so called manager came to tell me that she made the rice in the morning so that excuses the fact that the rice was spoilt? This can not be the standard of a Private hospital they dont know what they doing they have stinking attitudes that goes to show that they have no proper leadership skills or any form of understanding of what the job requires and that is a disgrace because if you are so unhappy at work and it displays in your work then maybe leave so that 1 of the many qualified unemployed individuals can give it their best shot . from Albert the manager to Frank or France the server pure disregard for the people that they serve . I placed an order for breakfast and they disregarded that and served me what they wanted half done onions with dead mashrooms on a plate everything else that I order not there I call and ask for the manager and he says he doesnt have stock in the kitchen can someone make it make sense to me please I beg . How is that any of my problem they had my morning order the day before they could have made a plan or even better yet inform me not give what they have and I will see to finish what I do with what they have given me I am paying for this meal and I am not begging for it. so Lenmed Daxina kitchen I have had it and I will take action towards this . I refuse to be silent any longer you have taken me for a fool and treated me like I must worship you for a meal I pay for . enough
I regret every single second of me being there for My Son ‘s birthday the service was nonsense the promise of Sunday kids eat for free was not kept I ended up paying for every single thing including my son and eyes me pain mind he’s only three the food was not up to Standard The waitress decided not to take anything into consideration I am beyond the appalled with the service as well as just general consideration as clients that are paying I will never support a company again such a disgrace
