The service was terrible, almost everything we asked for was out of stock, half our order was never places. Two tables next to us left out of disgust due to the service rendered to them. I asked for a coffee refill it was done but I had to ask for milk. We ordered Milkshake but we were informed that the ice cream was out of stock, yet others ordered after us and got milkshakes. Coke was also out of stock, Frappe was also out of stock. When my chicken livers came i had to ask for butter for the bread. It was a terrible experiance.

I went to the Grove Mall with an intention of visiting ocean basket however I decided to try a restaurant I have never tried (Caffe Bugatinn) . I was given a menu of which it doesn't include any entrees . I ordered a pizza and later whilst I was waiting on the pizza the waiter by the name of Pardon advised me on the the entrees. he gave me a list from the top of his head, I asked if they do not have an entrees menu of which he answered 'NO' but he knows the entrees from the top of his head. I then ordered the Calamari starter.I then had a look at the menu once again and realize that they do a Chicken liver main, as my waiter came back from the kitchen I asked him to change the calamari starter to the chicken liver starter because he had not mentioned it. H e went back to the kitchen , then the manager by the name of ANDRE came to me and said they cannot change it, I explained it to him that it has only been a few seconds since I placed the order and he said they have started making it so they cannot change it. I felt forced into taking something I clearly do not want because had they had an entrees menu I would not have needed to order the calamari. The calamari came with chips and the chips already had chillie salt on them of which I didn't ask for but then again , i had to eat because ANDRE puts you under duress . all in all I had the worst dining experience ever because of ANDRE and would not recommend CAFFE BUGATINN at THE GROVE MALL to nayone.

We were at Bugatti, The Grove on Friday, 25th November.

Firstly we asked for 5 minutes to decide what to drink and then was just ignored. Eventually another waiter came and asked if we were helped. We said no and ordered two smoothies. What came was frozen fruit juice. A smoothie is usually fruit juice with yoghurt. The fruit juice was also very watery, it did not taste like much. We brought this under the attention of a manager who told us if we wanted something with ice cream? we should have ordered a frullata. No one said anything about ice cream. She did not really listen to us. Then our pizza came, it was so dry I think they forgot to put sauce on it-which the menu said there should be. The base was also very tough. Very dissapointed.

On Saturday we went to the Grove Mall Bugatti, waited an hour for our burgers, my husband ordered the mexican burger with that looked more like a cheeseburger, I ordered a chicken burger, very old bun, no mayo or sauce, old chips and to topp it off, a part of a basting brush on my chicken. The manager, a lady, came over, promised to bring us coffees and onion rings on the house to apologize, and NOTHING! The baby pizza for our 1year old tasted like microwave pizza

On the evening of the 17/12/2015, we decided to have supper at Bugatti in Brooklyn Mall, Pretoria. What a disappointment! The service was inferior and the lasagne, sub-standard. Firstly, the waiter is not competent. When one orders pizza or pasta, it is expected that the black pepper grinder and the parmesan cheese will accompany the meal. Our waiter had to be asked to bring the black pepper and the parmesan to the table. When one orders coffee, one expects that the sugar will accompany the beverage. Our waiter forgets to bring the sugar and the black pepper and the parmesan. Then the meal arrives. Lasagne with no white sauce? The matter of the dry lasagne was taken up with one of the managers on duty. At least he used his initiative and brought a gravy boat of white sauce. Why was the white sauce not used between the layers of lasagne? Isn't that how lasagne is made? The glasses were removed by the waiter even before the can of cold drink was finished. Unfortunately we don't know what the waiter's name is as he did not introduce himself or mention the specials for the evening. Guess where we will be going next time for a meal.

Terrible!!! 15 minutes After I've ordered the pizza pockets for my daughter and the lasagne for myself, I got told the lasagne will take another 30 minutes. Only within another 15 minutes my girl's pizza came (that took in total 30 minutes). She ate and finished her meal, then I was waiting already 45 minutes for my lasagne. No one attended me in 45 min.. Only then the manager came to my desk to say that my lasagne is nearly ready, and I said it is ridiculous that I have to wait so long. Her short response was, hasn't your waitress informed you it takes 30 min. Which I replied, only after 15 minutes of placing my order. All she could say, is oh sorry! It was nearly an hour of waiting where the manager said it was placed in the oven now (what? after an hour), it will be ready in minutes. I waited another 10min where I got up and asked for the bill when she came out of the kitchen with the lasagne. I said they can now give me a doggy bag for that, I am leaving. The 2 slices of pizza from my daughter's were placed in a square box, MY LASAGNE was placed in a PIZZA BOX- what??? So when I got home my lasagne I waited 1hour and 10min for looked scrambled and distasteful!!!!

My daughter and I went there for lunch today. Firstly, they gave her a dirty glass for her cooldrink with red lipstick still on the rim!! Secondly, I ordered a \Chunky Chicken toasted sandwich which advertised: Sundried tomatoes
