Wonderful birthday 👌
I had my birthday on the 7th of February. My friends took me out to eat. We went to Cappuccinos Secunda, we received wonderful service from the food, drinks and also the helpful waitress and the Manager. They took pictures and videos for us. I had the best birthday ever

Wonderful birthday 👌

Cappucino's manager not trying to accept rotten food report from customer
I ordered the ribs and wings special with the spinach on the 25th of March for dinner. Half of the rib portions smelt and tasted rotten. As well, the spinach was not edible and tasted like someone mixed soap into the food. Utterly disgusting. I called the manager and he offered to call me first thing the next morning, to which he did not. I had to call him at half 10 to check what the delay was. However, when I was there, he made it seem like it could be my fault that I ordered the food late saying that the spinach was cooked in the afternoon. He further tried making it seem like I am maybe disliking the spinach recipe and tried to offer me an alternative saying that "It seems you do not like it". I found this disrespectful as he is not trying to take responsibility of the problem at hand. I am not happy with the management at this cappucinos.

Down Cappuccinos
Ordered burgers. Patties tasted like gas. Chef definitely did a poor job. Not much interest shown by waitress or manager. He said he wanted to give us something else which never materialised. Poor management and terrible service!!!
