Pharmacy Staff Attitude is being , pity they’re risking with people’s lives after all
I went to see aDr today and Dr wrote a prescription for me , I went to Alpha Pharm Kosmos Pharmacy Secunda , when I get there they told me that medical aid can’t cover the proscribed medicine and I understand then I agreed that I’ll pay cash Ohk fine then boom the dose proscribed by my doctor and the one they gave it to me is totally different doctor said I must take 7.5 mg so the pharmacy at Kosmos said I must take 1 and half pill per day of which the total dose will be 3.75 Ohk I’ve that problem I drove to Kosmos Secunda when I get the I was assisted by a lady at counter 2 , the other came as I was explaining my problem she just said add 10 pills they didn’t show any sorry about what they have done instant they gave me attitude after speeding my petrol to go and correct they’re mess they showed no sorry , it definitely saying they did what they did purposely so

Online return issue
I'm so disappointed since I've waited for my refund for the return that I've lodge on the 6th of August 2024 until today I've tried my best calling them they'll promise to sort it out but they do nothing about it I'm really pis off 😡😡😡😡😡😡🤞🏽🤞🏽poor customer service ever

Worse customer service experience
Worse experience ever I did lay by and it happens that today I took out the lay by today and there is a item that I'm no longer interested on it and I see nothing that I can take at the shop they refuse to refund me the amount of that item they told me I must take something that is equal to that amount it's for the first time hearing that and I've asked the lady before making payment that can I able to return something on this lay by for refund she said no with no advice of what must I do before settle the amount on lay-by

I've bought a wig on the 4th of April they order was delivered on the 22 April 2024 after calling them so many time asking about delivery,wow the boom the hair was thin and shredding at the same time I did even try to install it I've put a complain on their WhatsApp no respond I called them they promised to send courier guy to come and collect the hair I've waiting almost 2 weeks for courier guy nothing I had to call them again then boom courier guy came and he took the parcel it was 29 April until today no communication nothing from them then today I've decided to call them then they promised me that they will send refund form but dololo nothing on my email Awu after some time I called again the lady told me that they're still busy they will send the form after until now nothing on my email never ever bother yourself buying from them . This so call **** boutique must be closed 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽

We buy cars selling cars with lies history on it
I’m so disappointed I’ve bought a car last year November 26 Ohk on display according to them everything was Ohk with this car even history of the car didn’t state that the car was involved in an accident I even asked sale agent the report of the car he said the car is accident free then yesterday I’ve tried to trade in the car at VW they told me the car was involved in a car accident twice 2015 which cost R 56000 to fix area of repair:Mechanical Glass then the second one it was 2021 area of repair interior which cost R12 000 to repair and the trade in value is very bad due to this accidents ,then I’ve called we buy cars head office yesterday to aske why they **** about the vehicle the lady I’ve spoken to was very rude she told me them as we buy cars the is nothing they can do about that I must try to sell the car to them she threatened me that she’s gonna drop the phone just because I told her they’ve violated my rights as a customer .

Changing price on the system
I went there today to buy LG sound system OK when I get there I did window shop then lucky enough I've saw what I like, I've asked for help then they did helped me but problem started when I'm supposed to make payment. The system on display was saying R4399 but when I pay it says R 4699 then I've asked the lady was assisting me that what going on with price, she said to me they have forgotten to remove the old price on the display then I've asked her who's fault is that with attitude she asked me I take it or I leave it😡😡
