DO NOT ORDER FROM CASEY INFINITY She will **** you out of your money. I placed an order for 2 infinity dresses in December 2023, paid in full. At the beginning of January 2024, I was blocked from whatsapp and Facebook. Only to then post on a wedding group, of anyone had this experience. Unfortunately, there are a few. I managed to get to their website and sent a message there requesting a refund. I am fully prepared to take this further and open a ***** case at the policy and get lawyers involved if I don't get my refund.

Went to fit new J-braces on my 2023 Ford Ranger Bakkie to avoid losing my warranty when I fit a canopy (still don't know why they are not fitted in the factory, a new money-making scheme perhaps?) Got a verbal quote from Mark and he said the cost will be Just over R5000. Made a booking for today (14 November) and delivered the bakkie around 7:30. The guy that signed my bakkie in said it's about a 2-hour job but I will only be able to get the bakkie in the afternoon. At 8:36 Venessa the service consultant phoned me and informed me that she sent me the quotation and that the cost would be R8058,83 VAT incl, and if they could go forward with the installation. Thats insane. Told her that it was not the same price as agreed upon with Mark and that she should consult with him about why there was an extra R3000 that's added to the verbal quotation. 10 minutes passed and Mark phoned to say that there was a misunderstanding and that the Labour was not calculated into the original quote as discussed. He also said that he was sorry and that he would see if he could add a discount and phone me back, it's now 7 hours later still no word from Mark. I then decided to phone Vrey Viljoen from CMH Ford Hatfield, we bought the bakkie through Vrey Viljoen the new car sales executive at CMH Hatfield and asked about the cost of installing new J-braces through CMH Ford Hatfield. He said that he would send through a quotation. 5 minutes passed when I received the quote from Vrey, the cost would be R5692.50 incl VAT and he assured me it would be done in 2 hours' time. How could it be that there is a price difference of R2366.33 for the same J-braces from the same FORD companies? I have been a client of Cassey's since 2016 and I am just wondering how much money I could have saved while purchasing and servicing my vehicles with them. As of now, I will advise all my fellow Ford owners NOT TO use Casseys's Auto in Springs and rather use CMH Hatfield. And up till now not even one phone call from anyone asking why I took my bakkie back without the fitment being done. P.S. I have all the available quotations from both dealerships in my possession.

Salesman Matt Boylan. Sales manager Gerrie Marais and DP William Robert. They offered me a Ford Ranger after a deal went wrong with a Cash Buyer. I told them my finance was approved but they asked me if they can offer finance. I said yes ill consider their offer. I paid R100 000 holding deposit. They requested documents that i sent through on the Friday afternoon after Gerrie informed me that they can offer me the Bakkie. Monday i received a OTP which i signed. Still waiting to hear from them from their finance house. The Tuesday i received a whatsapp from Matt stating he wanted to call me. I mentioned i am going into a meeting but he is welcome to call my dad and sent his nr to him. When my meeting ended around 11 I received a whatsapp that the banks declined my finance. So i said its ok. Ill finance through my bank. Matt responded with a voice message stating there is a complication and that they sold my vehicle to someone else. Now i am sitting without the vehicle i got offered and they don't want to assist with a similar vehicle. I will never recommend or do business with Casseys Springs as they are unethical and disrespectful to their customers. #FordSA #Casseys #Fordtanger
