After 10 years being a customer and having 4 contracts with them i cut ties with them today......the poor service i recieve from them is amazing......congratulations you have lost a customer for life........
My package to USA is still in Joburg after 11 days! Gues what? You have lost a customer for life.....congrats
I would not recommend Vox to anyone.Poor and late responses to any email or request. I have ordered fibre and recieved no response after 1 month for the installation.

Bought a Boat from Craig Hanley for 135K-Eventually when I received the boat i thought everything was OK......first time on water I noticed that the speaker system he fitted was sub-standard and not all speakers was working. Also the boat took some water in(leaking) even though I was issued a Buoyancy Certificate. I thought it was the Plugs and after I had to fix the speaker system (cost R600) i took the boat on the water for the second time. More water came in as before I then took it out and took it to a boat manufacturer close by. He noticed that Craig had *****ed 3 holes into the boat that went right through the boat. He also took video footage of where the water was leaking through. I had to replace the Amp due to water damage and 2 6x9 speakers due to water damage.Also the boat had to be repaired where the *****s went through the body......Craig's reaction? "you should have phoned me" No sorry no explanation no excuse nothing he just keeps denying any wrong doing. This person is not a very nice person and my dealings with him from a-z was horrible. I have to claim my damages now back from the Court and will lay a charge with SAMSA for the fraud he committed by issuing a Buoyancy Certificate without actually testing the boat.
<p>I am currently in the USA for business</p> <p>I used my Cheque Card and the R/$ exchange rate was around R13.50 for an US Dollar</p> <p>Used my card for purchases and paid R17.38 for an US Dollar</p> <p>I can understand bank charges and comissions etc ,but to pay around R4 more for a Dollar is exhorbant / ridicilous and just wrong</p> <p>I cannot qeury this as the website of Standard Bank does not allow me to send a secure message/qeury</p> <p>Basically I am stuck in the USA and no way of resolving this issue and just have to accept that I will pay these exhorbant charges</p>

<p>I am currently abroad and need to pay with my Debit Card.....All of a sudden my Debit Card gets declined......I did send several secured messages on Internet Banking to rectify the issue but Standard Bank doea not even bother to come back to me and now they are leaving me with egg on my face......</p>
