This people delivered my bank card at the wrong delivery address out of my area, two week later when I made a follow up I am told that I have exhausted my delivery attempts which is not true as they never got back to me. I need my bank Card now. And stop lying to make your job easier as you are affecting our lives for the services we are paying for. ****** lazy people.

A black, old gentleman whose maybe in his 40-55 years of age, driving a greenish, private car that has a protruding boot was the person sent by CCD couriers to deliver things that were placed under my details by my mom who was supposed to be the recipient because she was out of town at that current moment and was driving to get back home in time to take the delivery in case there was no one at home, luckily I was available at that time. We had a respectful, mutual and understanding conversation on the phone until I saw him in person. I used the same attitude that I was conversing with on the phone and he became extremely rude. When he was processing the things on his phone, I was busy communicating with a teacher and colleague of mine on WhatsApp minding my business. Out of nowhere he suddenly asked me why I took a photo of him. Still phased by the question I didn't respond because it was a random question and I thought he was talking to someone on his phone. He repeated the question and I was shocked, he became even more rude such that he threatened me about getting in trouble for doing so. I don't know where he got the information that I took a photo of him, but he was very unprofessional!!! I'm still mad right now and this happended about 4/5 hours ago from now. To an extent I wanted him to go report me to the police so that I can sue him badly for defamation of character because I know for a fact that in my phone there is no picture of him, and I know that police in their system have a way to retrieve things and information that were deleted by someone. In not happy at all. I told a lady who called regarding the delivery that I was not satisfied with the guys attitude and work ethics, the lady just ignored me and ended the call, she was to forward me to the delivery guy. Later on my mom got back home and the guy later wanted my mom to apologize on my behalf because allegedly, according to him "I took his photo", which is total madness. Mind you the moment he spoke with my mom to figure out a place where they should meet to get the rest of her things he was talking disrespectfully and being rude. He is nothing but a diva, whose confused about whether he should be comfortable with his face card look or not. I'm very unhappy, and he or the company should have let me know prior that he is a renowned celebrity so that we take out our phones and organize cameras to capture his weird and awful looks. Absolute nonsense really!!!

The most useless courier service. They call you after someone has arrived, to make a delivery, for them to arrange a delivery. Most probably being used by the major banks ...for their cheap service. I have never had a good experience with them.

Absolutely horrible. The people working there can barely speak english, they can not spell and call you several times as they keep on getting the address wrong. Also i got an sms saying i missed the delivery but the driver never called me and when i called CCD they said they will reschedule the delivery for after 5 days, if i want it sooner i have to pay.

Hi Everyone, I would like to caution you regarding my recent experience with CCD Courier Company. Unfortunately, I found their service to be highly unreliable and inefficient. I app**** for my bank card three weeks ago, but CCD failed to deliver it within the expected timeframe. To make matters worse, DSV Courier Company mistakenly delivered the wrong parcel to me. When my parcel was eventually ready for delivery, CCD failed to communicate with me properly and ultimately delivered it late. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and delayed service.
