Stay away from this company
I wouldnt give a star at all to how bad this company is, I bought a prodcut received it and after 2 usages it no longer works, There is no contavt number to call, the only means of communication is via email and those have never been rep**** to, I have sent numerous mails and nothin i sent messages on their facebook page and again no reponse, nothing Stay away people if you f+dont want to loose your money

Stay away from this company

Customer Care just doesn't care!
I wrote to customer support on Friday 27th May2022 stating that I could buy their TENS machine on Takealot for R2500 while on their website it is R4005. I also asked if I could buy a cable which was not included in my first purchase but have had no reply. Companies that don't care about after sales service may just be tax dodgers??

Circulution Ultra a must have product
I purchased a circulution ultra from Gway Umhlanga. The after service was amazing the product is an absolute must have. Between my husband n I we dont suffer with any pains as the Ultra is our go to product. Also using it for loosing weight definitely a bonus.

Circulation machine - pain causing
I don’t think you understand, the machine is causing the pain not taking it away. This machine has done nothing but caused pain, both the time at the store and when I used it. The instructions given for the machine is woefully terrible, machine has 10 modes but instructions are given for 12 modes. Support instructions for use are given by WhatsApp. Instead of removing pain the machine has caused more pain. Sales people are terrible at their job, responding more than four days after a complaint And are still unable to help. The company has a five day return policy but only responds to queries four days later.

Love it!
The Tens machine really works and I use it regularly and it is helping with my pain relief, back pain, shoulder pain, headache, and more. After sale service is very good still chatting with my sales person when I have questions. Keep on the good work.
