Although I had some issues with my order.Caffeluxe actually CARES and they went above and beyond to rectify. Thank you Patrick and Ravi for being hands on and turning my frown upside down. Service like yours IS noticed.
I have a complete picture of the SCAM now...this is how it goes. You fill up in another province, they see GP, direct you to a specially calibrated pump. Deceptively fill your tank up with 90 litres despite your car book stating that your fuel tank holds a maximum of 78 litres. Call you a liar, threaten to call the police...leave you blue in the face. You go to the police station lay a case of fraud, which doesn't get recorded because they're offline and suspiciously work together. Then they send you a personal message on Hello Peter to halt your ability to post any further or reply. After which they phone you and tell you that something like this never happens at Engen so you're really high priority. You then email all your evidence without any response. Then Engen's manager phones you and unapologetically says that they've checked the camera footage with no evidence of tampering. So with ALL your evidence including a voice recording from a dealership stating that the fuel tank can ONLY hold 78 litres including the reserve tank. You then consult with a lawyer who informs you that you're out of jurisdiction and that it will cost a fortune to take this matter further, which Engen of course already knows. As you do more research you realize that there are MANY other disgruntled former Engen customers, and guess what their story sounds exactly like yours. I understand now why Engen's trust index is 3.1/10 and only going down.Stealing from the small guys to feed the greed. Luckily the small guys have big mouths so the message to STAY AWAY from Engen will be heard!
What a disgusting bank.I told them I was going overseas.Sudenly my fingerprint and password didn't work and they blocked my online banking app.Then I spent so much money holding on for the international FNB operator.Wouldn't allow me to key in numbers from my side so I couldn't do anything. Then I managed to get though to the general call center, where I spoke to such a rude lady.I was trying to key in the last six digits of my card but it just wouldn't allow me to.I was definitely doing it right, as I have done before, and she just wasn't believing me.Then they told me to send docs to obvalidationdocs...and they didn't even respond but instead completely blocked my card.Now I'm stuck without money in a foreign country without any response just before Christmas.Shame on you FNB you are absolutely disgusting and I can't wait to change my bank when I get back.Absolutely heartless!!!!!!!

Absolutely useless...from delivery,to receiving reject and absent goods, to refunds.You have to be behind them all the time.They will endlessly ignore you and then cheat you on your goods and refunds.Dishonest and lazy!
The bottom line is don't buy a Mercedes...my Merc was 13 years and only had 161000 km. It just bombed out and when it was taken to the dealership in Bruma they want to charge double the book value to repair it (over R200000). A perfect car went from working to s**** with the mechanic exclaiming, its out of service plan and old so there's really nothing we can do really. By the way this car was driven only by myself and dad and never in an accident. Adding to this it took two weeks and R6000 to just find out what was wrong with the car. If we just look around most cars far outlive 161000km. It's sickening to think that I have to now find a s****yard for my car and get a measly amount (R30000) for it too. The bottom line is F#$% you Mercedes, for your bad service, for not giving a S#$%, for cars that are heavy on fuel and cruel to the environment and for your bad quality cars...I now look at Mercedes with utter disgust!!!!!
It's called false advertising if you say that there will be free chocolates and even when you pay it says that you qualify for the chocolates...and then surprise NOTHING! Then you ask both your mother in law and mother if they also received their chocolates...no nothing and then disappointment. Disgusting...and now I must go and buy chocolates over and above the expensive gifts that I bought to fulfill promises that couldn't be kept. Don't even bother emailing them as they never reply...sure 9 working hours. Lets support the businesses that care, the smaller businesses that still have heart and are true in keeping their promises. Net florist you will NEVER hear from me again!
I ordered my Viva-Lite a year ago, loving the idea of natural lighting yet I still wait, just not so patiently anymore. I'm not sure what went wrong with my parcel but it was returned with no opportunity to collect. After at least 30 emails back and forth, the issue still hasn't been resolved and they continue to brush me aside. I really want to warn future consumers against viva-lite.com and vita-lite.co.za. From previous experience of numerous online shops, I am always refunded if the parcel was lost, and from the tracking this parcel even appears to have already arrived back at the sender. What the sender doesn't realize is that I have paid a substantial amount for quite a few lights, which they have probably already put a considerable markup on...and they can't even partially refund me. A very bad reflection on this company, and absolutely disgusted by their, I don't care about the consumer, 'no resolution policy'.
I ordered from Germany in July and the parcel still hasn't arrived...I've asked at the post office numerous times, however it's always in transit. I then made an enquiry at Witspos and miraculously it was suddenly at Glenvista post office, but wait just when you think there's going to be a happy ending there's not. Without any notification and within 10 minutes as I can see when I track, **** it was gone again back to the Int mail centre. See for yourself RM ********** 53DE, with no answer, no explanation and still I wait. So I thought I would vent a little because, in a country with so much potential surely we should focus on improving our postal system and other public services. Patience can only take you so far! Lets take a little more pride in our jobs, do them properly, with care and at the end of the day lets go home and feel a sense of...I contributed in someway to making my country run a little more smoothly.
