Bought a coffee mashine from them about a year ago. I am only doing this review now because i am staying at a place where i am now using the nespresso mashine. Just wanted to say that the Caffeluxe mashine is by far a better option for home use.

Very bad experiece I have ordered from them twice before this. No issues. This last order was a mess. I ordered 3 1kg bags of coffee and a machine descaler. Quick delivery, but unfortunately when I opened the box, the descaler spilled all over the one bag of coffee beans. The whole bag smells of descaler and the beans were soiled in the process. I have sent them an email and wrote a message on facebook messenger, asking what the process will be (refund or will they be sensing a new bag of beans) NO ANSWER. When I left a review on their facebook page, it was deleted. So disappointed. The beans are really tasty and the descaler is well worth the money but with this poor after sale services I will not support them and I will not be recommending them to any of my coffee snob friends anymore.

Caffeluxe products are not only top quality, they are also affordable. Their service is no less than excellent. Their coffee is sublime. Highly recommend ordering from Caffeluxe!

Plastic Pods advertised as nespresso compatible are not compatible. They will damage your machine. Tge flavors are decent but ensure you get aluminum pods.

I was the lucky winner of a Duo Coffee machine and a gift pack containing various coffee pods in a competition run by Caffeluxe themselves in October 24. I was excited at the prospect of owning a dual Machine that could take Nespresso as well CafeDolce pod... or so I thought up until yesterday. I was using the machine to make our morning coffee when it abruptly decided not to work anymore. The adapter I was using for the CafeDolce pods became stuck in the machine and no amount of effort could loosen it. I contacted Caffeluxe Cape Town and explained to them what the situation was and that the unit was only about 6 months old. They seemed utterly disinterested in what in what I had to say and told me that they do not take in any used Machines and proceeded to direct to a repair agent near me. They evidently have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from receiving your coffee machine to request a return. The machine must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. Used machines cannot be returned unless they are faulty or broken. I presume this must be done all at the customers cost. And so it seems that they do not have a warranty on their units. I live in Mossel Bay and to send it back by courier is going to cost an arm and a leg. And so it's back to my old trusted Nespresso machine which has served me faithfully for years. As much as I think the dual feature on the Caffeluxe machine is advantageous, I would not recommend this machine simply because of the lack of a Warranty or back-up service should anything go wrong. There are much better machines out there, maybe a bit more costly but the end worth it.

I have bough some pods few weeks ago and they are really bad, damages the coffee machine and coffee spills all over the show. Phone Caffeluxe , left few messages and no one is coming back. I was a a regular customer of them i am not sure anymore.Such a sorry set up.

I registered on the site and received an email offering me a discount code as a new buyer. Upon entering the code I get told that the items in my basket does not qualify for the discount. Nowhere on the email does it state that it is only for certain items. There is also a buy now link to buy 50 drinks. When pressing the link their site states that link not found. I emailing them a few days and got no reply. What kind of amateur company is this?

I had a problem with a now discontinued product. I lodged a complaint to Bernice Swarts the Accounts Manager. She very promptly apologized and offered me an alternative product for free. I'm very impressed. The coffee capsules are tasty and very reasonably priced, and the service is very professional.
