I placed an online order on 6 June. Delivery should have been 12 June as per the order. 12th no delivery. 13th no delivery. No contact from store to explain what is going on with the delivery. I had to take leave days from work to wait for the order. Three emails and two phone calls all from my side later I was informed that there is no stock and my order is cancelled. I looked on your Bokdburg branch stock then and again today. Wow!!! The site show 731 available. Seeing as I only ordered 4 it seems you had more than enough to cover my order. I was told that I will receive a refund on my money. Surprise!!! Just check my bank account. No......money..... How long must I wait? Please don't phone me. If you want to contact me you can WhatsApp or email. I can't keep a record of phone calls. Ps. I bough it from another supplier. I didn't need Leroy Merlin after all. Who knew...
I registered on the site and received an email offering me a discount code as a new buyer. Upon entering the code I get told that the items in my basket does not qualify for the discount. Nowhere on the email does it state that it is only for certain items. There is also a buy now link to buy 50 drinks. When pressing the link their site states that link not found. I emailing them a few days and got no reply. What kind of amateur company is this?
Useless company. I'm trying to sort something out on my Greenlight policy. Numerous emails later. Filled in the forms. Sent on the 6th November. Got a reply as to date that I want debit order to go off. Sent email back requesting the 25th of each month. Last communication 8th November. Phoned this morning and now they can't find the forms I sent.
DON'T GET A POLICY FROM OLD MUTUAL. My mom passed away on September 10th. Unfortunately her Greenlight Death Benefit policy payout is turning into a nightmare for me as was her funeral policy. What are the odds. I phoned OM on the 15th September to start the claim procedure. They sent forms to fill in and also requested some docs. They neglected to ask me for my ID and Proof of bank account as I am the beneficiary. They never contacted me to request the additional docs. They just left it without any attention being given to the claim. 12th October I phoned Greenlight to find out what is the progress on the claim. The lady then informed me that they need these outstanding docs. I told her I will email it immediately. I was told to phone in four working days if I had not received feedback. 18th October I phoned as I had no feedback. The lady at Greenlight said she will escalate to the manager. 20th October. No feedback. I phoned and the guy at Greenlight gave me the phone number for the manager. I was told they are waiting for the admin and the manager promised to get back to me. 23rd October. Once again I had to phone. The manager promised to get back to me by 11am. Still waiting. I had to phone him. He gave me some story about the admin confusing the Greenlight policy with the Wealth policies. Every communication that I had with OM the policy number is always quoted so how is there any confusion. He will come back to me. Nothing. Still waiting for this elusive phone call. 24th October. Once again I phoned this manager. He promised to get back to me by the latest 3:30pm. This is the last communication I've had with him. No phone call........... In light of the fact that this process was started so long ago and I had the misfortune of having this manager appointed to sort it out I feel it is well within my rights to insist that the payout is processed immediately. In conclusion, I can not believe that every single time that I dealt with OM I have had these problems. I told this manager that being an ex. Nedbank staff member like my mom. I also have OM policies. I am definitely closing them and taking my business somewhere else. Can someone please sort this out? Immediately!!!
I get to the club at New Market Alberton and told the pool will be closed for two weeks for maintenance. I get a sarcastic comment that communication was sent. Now will I go to the club to swim if I received a communication. The new version of the app is really useless. On the old app you could access notifications wrt your club to see if there will be any closure, etc....
<p>I have spent days and hours several times a day since 21 January on the phone with Vodacom to unlock my line. Eevrytime I get a promise from the person my line has been unlocked. NOT!!! On the 24th Jan they gave me a reference number at the solutions department. Up to today I have not had any feedback from them. Not a call, email or SMS. I on the other hand have phoned numerous times every day. At times I am held on the phone for over 35+ minutes at a time for them to see what is wrong. I then get an assurance it is fixed. I was told a couple of days ago to do a sim swap. Did it. NOTHING!!! Then I was told there is an outstanding amount on my account. Nowhere on my statement does this amount reflect, but out of desperation I paid it. NOTHING!!! Yesterday I was assured byKatlego from the solutions department that it is now definately fixed. When I expressed doubt he promised me it is fixed and he will keep an eye on it to make sure it gets unlocked. NOTHING YET!!! My reference number is 1- ********** 297276 if somebody at Vodacom is interested. (Ps. The worst is having to listen to that awful music for hours at a time and then on a few occasions to be asked "Are you calling from the number?" WHAT? If I was calling you from this number would I spend hours on the phone to try and get it unlocked???</p>
