Plastic Pods advertised as nespresso compatible are not compatible. They will damage your machine. Tge flavors are decent but ensure you get aluminum pods.
I ordered a soccer top for my son. Paid R850 and have had no communication since the 15th April 2025. I managed to find a number and called the supposed owner who claims he sold the site a while ago and the site is no longer active. So Why are they still taking payments? I am opening a ***** case.
Terrible service from MTN. Poor customer communication, no feedback, no replies from customer care. I am so frustrated. Took out a new contract at The Glen over a week ago. Everything was approved yet my SIM is still not active. No one getting back to me. This is just shocking service.
Waited over 25 minutes for a waiter to offer us menus. Eventually had to get up to flag one. No croissants or bagels at 10 am. Very disappointing mothers day. Waiters and management don't seem interested. Such a pity as this used to be a favourite breakfast spot.
Shocking service. Was on flightMN102 from CT to Jhb, flight meant to take off at 7. Arrived at airport at 5 30am. 2 counters were only open. Flight eventually took off 3 hours later. No apologies, no communication
i paid the fee as well as outstanding fines and penalties on the 16th November. I keep getting asked to submit proof of address which I have now submitted on 4 occasions. I have phoned the help desk with no luck. I just want a refund so that i can do this myself at the post office. will not recommend this service at al.l

I have an Esdgars account. I recently purchased towels for approximately R500. Today i get a statement for over R800! They have been charging me for Edgars VIP Cl;ub card whuich I did not sign up for. This is crazy. I cannot close my account until I pay this full amount which I did not authorise.
Excellent customer service from Olivia. After having a rather unpleasant experience at both the Sandton and Rosebank branches regarding inconsistent pricing between the 2 stores, Olivia immediately responded and clarified the mistake. She apologized and offered a 15% discount on my next purchase.
I visited Sandton Ster Kinekor on Tuesday 1 May 2018 to see Avengers at 9.15am. 20 minutes into the show, the movie stopped playing. We were told there was a technical difficulties and the movie could not continue. No apology was offered. The staff were arrogant. No refunds could be given. We were not reimbursed for parking or refreshments purchased and were told we would be offered a voucher for another movie. I understand that this was unforeseen but the way staff handled it left a lot to be desired.
