Insurance company's are getting painful.
I am so tired of Santam - our insurance goes up and up but when we make a claim it's like pulling teeth to get anything out of them. The policy has some very strange details of where are cars are stored at night and I've tried to change them but nothing so far. One has to check and double check everything with them and I have had enough. Can anyone suggest an insurance company that doesn't make them jump through hoops?

Great product knowledge!
Just before Christmas one of our gas geysers wouldn't work and we live miles from anywhere. Four of us tried different ideas with no success. None of the gas mechanics in the area had time to come out and help. We considered buying a new geyser when someone advised us to phone Dewhot. An amazing woman by the name of Carmen from their Joburg office, steeped us through things to try. She certainly knows her product and lo and behold the geyser worked.

Going the Extra Mile
We live out in the Klein Karoo, an hours drive from Ladismith. I couldn't believe it when WeBuyCars came out to the farm to buy my sister-in-law's Renault Kwid! That's service and going the extra mile.

ABSA International Banking
I have been trying to get an inward transfer release from yesterday and am told there is a small hitch! I cant do it myself as they keep on telling me I can on line - there are no inward transfers listed on line; I have sent the form et al for SSI twice(standing instruction - so they will automatically release the funds) but have had no reply and yesterday I release the funds but nothing in our account! This is totally unacceptable for a company thats supposedly working for us with our money! I know they want even look at this but I desperately need to let off steam having been on the phone and computer all day and have achieved nothing.

Old fashioned service
What a pleasure to do business with someone who has an old fashioned service attitude. Timmie constructed a beautiful 6x3m Nutec wendy house for us here in the Klein Karoo, we used it while building a stone house and when the house was complete, he and his team came and moved the wendy house to a new location. Great job done and an asset to our farm.

Paint Wizzard
The paint maestro at Longbeach Heron Park Buco suggested we mix a colour as we wanted to use Duram Showfloor paint but didn't like the colours. It came out beautifully -- the colour is perfect and such a great idea. Thank you.

A peaceful workplace and workers
Collected a fairly large corrugated iron order from Youngman yesterday and was so intrigued by the workers and workplace. All was calm and ordered. No body got mad at me because I didn't have my invoice number and everyone seemed genuinely happy.
