At first, he was kind, responsive, and reassuring, he took my calls, answered my questions, and made me feel like I was in good hands. But the moment I made the payment, everything changed. He disappeared. No updates. No progress. No answers. I tried calling from my number—he ignored me. I used a different phone, and he picked up immediately. But as soon as he realized it was me, he blocked me again. It’s been years, and I’m still in tears over the betrayal. If you’re considering working with Mandla Godi, please check the reviews on HelloPeter and even ChatGPT. You’ll see the same pattern repeated: he’s only interested in new clients, and once you’ve paid, you’re no longer worth his time. To those I recommended him to—I am truly sorry. Mandla Godi owner/director of Clear your Name is a *****ster
Mandla Godi has ****med me R 60 000 after promising services that he could not deliver. After receiving the R 60 000 he immediately blocked my number and he is not responding to any of my communication. I only knew after i googled him the he has de*****ed many victims like me and he is **** who has been previously arrested. I wished someone has warned me about him or if i saw his reviews on the internet before i paid him the R 60 000. He has taken bread from the mouth of my children, he has a wife and children and i wonder how he was going to feel if this was done to them. I want everyone to know that he is *****ster and shame to the people and stations that promote his business when there are so many families that are crying over their hard earned money that Mandla Godi has ****** them. May our good Lord and Karma deal with him accordingly.

The charges stem from an incident in 2014 when Godi allegedly submitted a falsified completion certificate for grading to the CIBD to gain access to tender projects worth R20 million. The potential loss of millions of rands for the CIBD prompted the Serious Investigation Unit (SIU) to open a ***** case against Godi. I am in utter disbelief. I was referred to Madla Godi by someone he had assisted with the services he claims to render. I paid a service fee of R13000 and he promised to deliver within two weeks ,a month and 2 weeks later he has not done so,he has been promising to refund me for the past 2weeks and he is now not taking my calls.The address listed on his website is also not valid as he had not been at those premises for 2years. This is what we get for supporting black business.Really disappointing to say the least. CLYN -clear your name is a scam and Madla deserves to be dealt with.

Mandla Godi - Clear Your Name is a SCAMMER
Mandla Godi is indeed a scammer. Going on various radio platforms like Metro FM (was of TBO Touches show regularly). Interviewed on Omny FM,My Kase News, Radio 2000. He has on YouTube with Charles Ngobeni, a YouTube Channel called The Money Hub,and YouTube Channels, even Soweto TV to talk about his services yet he is just scamming people. I even sent a message via Twitter to TBO Touch in December about this to notify him of the kinds of people they are exposing the public to, only to be scammed and I was ignored. It was to be expected You will get sent forms from his company giving proxy and get sent quotes, then when you follow up it’s one lie after another. I paid the man and amount of R38 812 .00 in November/December 2022, after being referred to him by an acquaintance and based on reference from a Radio personality. It’s been almost 4 months for what was meant to take 21 days. He drives around in luxury cars living a lavish lifestyle at the expense of innocent people. Carte Blanche and all other news worthy channels need to expose this man and let the law deal with him I’ve asked for my money back on countless occasions and nothing. I’m even going to open a case of fraud against him. He doesn’t take your calls. When he doe’s answer it’s one story after another, all lies by the way. If you check his credentials, the seem legit because his company is also registered with the NCR. Mandla Godi of Clear Your Name, needs to be brought to book.

Good day I have a serious problem with 1 of your employee, his name is Sabelo, I paid the money his claiming of clearing my name its been 5 months now, all I want is my money or I’m going straight to the newspaper or television show, they have already busy trying to locate him as we speak. I contacted CYN two months ago regarding a default judgment, I consulted with the owner (Mandla) who advised that he would be able to assist and advised that I pay the full amount of R 16700, I sent the amount the next day. I checked the document he sent to me, and the turnaround time was 10 business days. The money was paid in Jan to date (10/03/2022) I have not been assisted as per the agreement. 7 days ago I requested that he gives me a refund of R 14000 and keep the R2700 for the effort despite not delivering. It has been 7 day and everyday he commits to pay me before close of business. It is obvious that this business thrives on the desperation of people and scamming people of their money. I have exhausted my patience and trusting words that clearly mean nothing to the owner. DO NOT FALL VICTIM
