I've been canceling this insurance since November. Their consultant keeps on forcing me to take the household insurance. They are busy trying to deduct from my bank account. I really don't know what to say anymore. This insurance is harassing me every time. They must just cancel the stupid insurance; I am not interested in their policy. Why is it so difficult for them to cancel the insurance???

Poor service
i have apply for a phone with this company and their delivery company called me to delivery my phone they said to me they only allowed to delivery the phone at work or police station i told them that I am currently on leave so we can meet up at police station they refused i said to them they can just cancelled everything because I am on leave for 3 weeks, they cancelled the order, but now they deduct money into my account and they make it monthly deduction when i went to the bank the canceled the debit order but they told me that they might deduct again so i must contact them which i did and they told me that they have cancelled a debit order they are lying i didn't take their phone it went back to them why they still has an active debit order into my account?? please help me because they don't want to cancel this debit order.

Good day I have a serious problem with 1 of your employee, his name is Sabelo, I paid the money his claiming of clearing my name its been 5 months now, all I want is my money or I’m going straight to the newspaper or television show, they have already busy trying to locate him as we speak. All I want sabelo is my money back or something will scare you I promise

My husband is busy waiting for his claim with Akani , he's the one that is calling them they don't care about people he's been waiting for them to pay a claim it been 5 weeks nothing is happening we have debts that needs to be settled our creditors are busy calling us they need their money, I really don't know why a Company like Sasol is working together with Akani because they don't care about people...... no sms no emails nothing is happening we have to call them to find out what is really happening we are just tied Sasol needs to deal with this ASAP.
