We appointed this stand builder for our exhibition stand at the Investing in African Mining Indaba and the experience was unacceptable. Multiple invoiced items were not delivered. The TV was a central feature of our stand and critical to showcasing our products and projects at one of Africa’s largest mining exhibitions. Its absence materially affected our ability to present professionally. The expo ran for three and a half days. At no point was a meaningful plan implemented to resolve the issues. Communication was poor, assurances were made but never actioned, and despite repeated requests to escalate the matter, no manager intervened. It is also unacceptable that no representative was present on set-up day to confirm that the stand was complete and compliant with the agreed scope of work. We have formally requested a refund for the undelivered items and expect accountability. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this supplier for high-profile exhibitions where execution and reliability are critical.

I don’t resort to HelloPeter with bad reviews as a first option — mostly not any option — but I have never worked with a company like this before. It’s unbelievable. They have so many different stories and there is something really wrong here. There is also no actual CEO or manager that I am aware of. When I spoke to Gert Naudee, he said he is just the owner on paper. Kelly Wilson is apparently the “manager” there, but she did not manage anything and is missing in action. Do not answer any of my calls. Brendon was on site and I thought, “Here I have someone who will assist and go out of his way.” The next day, there was no word on the incomplete stand, the missing banners, or the rest of the stand items after we have had made an agreement the night before. We were very excited for our stand exhibition at the SASA Congress at the CTICC, only to find out the night before that the stand was not right. The next morning, someone phoned me to say the prints for the framework were at the printer, that she could not get hold of anyone at her company, and asked if I could pay as she couldn’t. I rushed to the printer, paid R3,600, and collected the prints. The printer told me they are always last-minute and only sent the artwork to print on Monday, 15 September 2025, after we had been told the stand had been finalised and set up at least a week in advance. When I arrived at the Congress on Wednesday, 17 September 2025, they hadn’t started the build. They also said the prints were on their way in the truck. All lies — and you cannot get hold of anyone. They just do not answer. Do not use this company. It’s not worth it. I’ve tried to be nice. I showed humanity. I tried to help. This is also the second conference in a row that was not right at all.

Purple Surgical paid Click Pioneers R72,047.50 in full for an exhibition stand at SASES. What we received was nothing short of a disaster and an embarrassment to our brand. Undelivered & Poorly Executed Elements: No raised floor or purple LED lighting (as contracted) No electrical installations — we had to hire our own electrician at our own cost No electrical C.O.C. provided Wrong and incomplete furniture was supp**** Showcase collapsed — taped together overnight, then left on the floor for us to deal with. We had to rent a cabinet at the last minute for an additional R12,023.25 No brochure stand included Shelves were too short, unstable, and unsafe for displays Wrong plants provided The result? The most embarrassing stand we have ever presented. Competitors mocked us openly, and delegates commented on the poor quality. This caused serious reputational damage to our company. Service Quality: The on-site representative was rude and unprofessional Multiple calls to management went unanswered To date, Click Pioneers has refused to refund us or reimburse the additional costs. They continue to ignore all follow-ups Do not risk your company’s reputation with this supplier. Click Pioneers is unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. They take payment upfront, fail to deliver, and refuse accountability.
