Absolutely disappointed with the service received. The technical support team displayed a shocking level of incompetence, unable to address our issues effectively. It's clear that there is a significant lack of skill and no apparent commitment to quality. We experienced repeated delays and misinformation, which only added to our frustration. The company seems to take no pride in their work, failing to provide the support needed. I strongly advise looking elsewhere if you're seeking dependable and professional service.

DO NOT EXPECT ANY EFFECIENT SERVICE FROM THEM! You can be running a large organisation and when their platform doesnt work, u get zero response from them to solve the issue. their online platform was not allowing any top ups with the new card details and there was ZERO response from their whatsapp support number and or NO number to contact them. WE contacted smsfactory and moved to them in less than an hour to resolve our issue. DO NOT USE CLICKATELL. RATHER go to smsfactory. far more effecient service, as after sales services should be priority!!

#hacked #***** - billed 8 times with auto renew off and apis turned off - why ? Your system is hacked compromised - we warned you and still you deducted from our accounts Clickatell on way to stop was block card - not the way to run a business.

I am honestly amazed at how businesses like this continue to exist. It took a month to get a WhatsApp number verified. After it was verified I proceeded to buy a WhatsApp bundle, which they claim will take 48 hours to activate. I am still waiting for the API to be activated 8 days later, the support is terrible. It takes them all day to respond, no one answers their phones. I would highly recommend not using this company

I am so tired of struggling with their lackluster support. That I had to come here and leave this review is really sad actually. If things don't change, I will definitely be putting together a report to my superiors motivating to move to a different service provider. I am the sole Specialist Developer in charge of our WhatsApp development, so they will most definitely consider my recommendations if I state my case properly. I have never in my life as a software developer experienced such incompetence in my life. Slow response...extremely slow. Staff who can never give me a straight answer. Staff who doesn't seem to know what is going on. I can keep going, but I won't. Everything is always forwarded to their technical team. I am starting to wonder whether this technical team is actually more than one developer...because it doesn't seem like it. I am extremely disappointed in their service. It started so well...but over the last few 6 months, it has been nothing but horrible. Hopefully their marketing lady sees this, and something gets done.

The support is extremely poor: 1. Support queries are not answered or only answers after multiple follow-ups 2. Feedback provided is not correct - I really get the feeling it is just a copy and paste of a support article. There is no interest in understanding my issue and resolving my query timeously. 3. I have repeatedly asked for a management escalation - this query has been ignored completely 4. There is no technical reason provided for the issue/delays - only that another department is looking into this. Why am I dealing with HelpDesk when the issue clearly is a more advanced technical issue? 5. Default account name is "finance" which is horrible. There is no way to change this according to the support team - Note that they are responding on the Clickatell WhatsApp chat where the name of their WhatsApp for business is set to "Other"

<p>I needed to urgently get hold of Clickatell regarding an account query on Tuesday the 13th. You cannot phone them since they have no listed telephone numbers. you can only log a support query with their "24/7" call centre, which I did Tuesday morning. By Tuesday afternoon I haven't had any feedback and I logged a second call. My query was simple and didn't require hours of their time. By Wednseday morning I logged another three calls in the hope that anyone would phone me back. I mentioned to them that I am about to advise my client to change service providers because of their slow response. I got no reply until yesterday morning. Today I get feedback on another call in which Rhys Pamplin decides to accuse me of wasting their time with my support callls since, according to him, I got a response the day I logged the first call already? Strange that they would then decide to respond AGAIN yesterday. Your attitude won't get you anywhere Rhys. I will be sure to warn all my customers against your bad service.</p>
