Very very poor customer service, i order a couch and only noticed damage to the one corner of it 7 days later. The item hasn't even been used as i wasn't able to receive the goods. They simply refuse to acknowledge a defective item has been delivered and assume buy default that the customer damaged the item. I would strongly encourage people to take their business elsewhere where basic ethics is still valued. Most certainly not a "hassle free" return experience as advertised.
I bought a TV online, asked to cancel the order, been waiting over a week for confirmation of refund. Not received any communication after 4 formal communication attempts. Keep on saying they are escalating the matter with no action. Stay clear.
Absolutely disappointed with the service received. The technical support team displayed a shocking level of incompetence, unable to address our issues effectively. It's clear that there is a significant lack of skill and no apparent commitment to quality. We experienced repeated delays and misinformation, which only added to our frustration. The company seems to take no pride in their work, failing to provide the support needed. I strongly advise looking elsewhere if you're seeking dependable and professional service.
If you're looking for an ISP that doesn't give a dime about client service, make you go through their aggravating WhatsApp channel DAILY to follow up on services that have been pending for over 30 days, then WebAfrica is for you. I already have fiber at the premises, and ONT from previous FNO used, their staff have little to no interest to follow up with the needed FNO to complete the installation, yet they want to bill for services that aren't even live. I have contacted support about this matter on 10 various occasions, with no response or feedback, empty promises of being contacted with feedback, nothing.
I've dealt with many companies over the years, but this one takes the cake for WORST customer service. They have one great looking website, one would think its a well established company, but seems there are only 3 people working there, very rarely get hold of anyone via telephone. I applied for a simple VAT, UIF and PAYE registration for one of my companies. Little to no feedback from the service consultant, after requesting for a refund for pour/no service delivery I get refunded a portion of the funds I paid. This company clearly lacks the ability to provide customer service, could not even provide basic accounting services, not even to mention bookkeeping. I would highly advise people to steer clear of this incompetent company and avoid going through the trouble I went through.
There is absolutely no such thing as "customer service" within Aramex, I have spend more than 5 hours in totality holding to speak to somebody regarding my shipment and the paperwork that should be send to me to clear the item at customs, with no success. I would never recommend Aramex to anyone who runs a business, it sucks the life out of you trying to beg Aramex staff to do their duties.
Hi there fellow South Africans. I just want to take this time to warn all users and possible users from refraining of doing any kind of business with Alcoin Trader. The address that is used is non existent. If you simply google the full adress you’ll note all the places and fake websites this address is used. Such as the following: http://normamartino.com/press_releases http://cryptoconsultants.website/contact_us Im however of the opinion why would one company list so many exchanges on one address? Seems like the reviews of the fellow community is clearly stating that payments/withdrawal and lack of communication once you pay over funds is a big problem. Do keep in mind that Exchanges are not regulated in any manner as they are not registered as FSP’s and therefore don’t need to comply with the governing laws. There is simply no laws protecting the public from theft/fraud when dealing with a company that doesnt comply as an FSP I highly suggest using a platform such as Luno to go about buying cryto currency. This is not financial advice. Do your own due diligence before making use of an Exchanges services.

I have been actively busy for over 2 months to open and finalise my business account, i have been instructed to complete the incorrect forms, I have send my registration form more than 8 times, after contacting the business account opening department, and they confirm that the documents are correct, I phone 1 week after that to find "they never received the documents" and need to send all the documents again, after they receive the documents they don’t process it, I have been told 3 times that my account has been escalated, with no response. I truly don’t recommend opening a Business Account with FNB, this has been the most tiring exercise I have even been forced to deal with. As of today, not one single call from management to resolve this matter.
