I would not recommend at all
Just got flat out ignored by your staff member on duty, took my son out and wanted him to play online gaming. We have showed enough interest and waited for your Staff member to finish explaining to his what I believe 8 year old customer. Seats were empty so no business or to busy we walked around looked at the games got him to pick one. But then he decided to walk the other way we walked back to the reception and hr ran away again leaving his WhatsApp chats open on his PC screen. I ended up leaving .Maybe put a sign to avoid people waisting time what you want your customers to be like thanks. What a waste of time.

First class, friendly service.
My CPU fan packed up yesterday, so I took it out and went to Somerset Mall for a replacement. Only one available was a rather pricey technicolour one that I wasn't keen on buying, but the helpful guys at ComputerMania informed me that Computer Zone might have a more suitable unit for me. Brian, at Computer Zone, didn't have a fan to fit my motherboard, but offered to check out my old fan to see if he could fix it. And fix it he did - for the grand fee of R80. Great service, Brian - and thank you!

Stay Away from Computer Zone Somerset West
Beware of Computer Zone in Somerset West Mall Shop Number 325, Somerset West. They claim to repair computers but in reality, they don’t have what it takes. My husband and I were taken for a ride. Monday the 14th of February 2022, we contacted the shop about our PC that could not be turned on due to a motherboard issue. The owner told us to bring a computer to the shop for repairs, he gave us two separate prices for either software or hardware repair. The next day he contacted us to tell us that the computer mother board is faulty and that we owe him R380. This was exactly why we took the computer to him in the first place. He told us that could not fix the computer and that we should contact Acer. We don’t know why he charged us for doing nothing. All he did was to type the problem on a piece of paper and charge us R380, now he refuses to pay our money back. Do NOT use this charlatan shop for anything, he argues with customers, takes money and makes a run for it. If you claim to repair computers you need to know what is wrong and how to fix it, otherwise don’t make false claims and take money from innocent customers.

Very professional and jacked. Thumbs up!
These guys are so friendly and super professional. They managed to recover my files from a damaged hard drive which other companies tole me was not possible and if it was that it would cost over R3500. They managed to do this for me for R750 - and I don't think it was a small job! Thx guys!

AMAZING service!
<p>I am putting a extremely important "journal" together for my daughters 21st so I was feeling rather nervous to have these pages laminated. This was the ORIGINAL & if there was a bo bo,there was no real way of fixing the page to the original after lamination. BUT, to my total surprise Dante & Dusty put me at ease with their light heartedness,GREAT personalities and professionalism! They did an AMAZING job!I would recommend this team 100%!!Thanks guys,I appreciate.Blessings to both of you and always remember your worth!</p>
