Worst property agents ever encountered. We were interested in buying a property for little money R2.700000.00. My wife contacted sales agent Samantha and just for a viewing you need a pre approval to show that you can afford to buy a property. Please do not support business like this if this is how they treat clients.Basically they want to make sure they only come out and open a door only if you can buy it , their getting paid and commissions why is this so difficult to just do your job.They have lost a sale on a property just because they judge a book by its cover😁.
I have just encountered one of the biggest ****s to get easy money. I have booked my vehicle in at Ross Tech as I was in search on the internet for a BMW Specialist as I did not want anyone to work on my vehicles. I have chatted to them via WhatsApp and got an appointment for 19 May 2025 to have my gearbox check and to fix the vehicle. The BMW left my residence on a flat bed just after 7:42am. after 9:08am I received a call from their reception lady asking additional information whereby I then explained to her what is wrong with the vehicle as well as the diagnosis on our machines I have sent it after our call also on WhatsApp together with the diagnosis with the error codes of the vehicle at 11:47. They only the assessed the vehicle and 12:37 I received a call that they don't work on gearboxes and that the gearbox needs to be removed and sent away. I asked the gentleman why didn't he tell me that they dont work on it because I explained to him before making an appointment the reason why I am sending the vehicle to them, The reason I paid a ZAR3105.00 Because they told me they specialize in BMW repairs hence I sent the vehicle to them only to hear that they can only get an appointment elsewhere on the 14th June 2025. I told them that I will sent a flat bed truck again to collect my vehicle as I need the vehicle repaired and why the didn't tell me that beforehand. They invoiced me R950.00 CLAIMING to have done checks which I did not asked for nor signed for. I am writing this so that people who might search them get the real story before booking vehicles with them. I will make other platforms aware as well together with screenshots and invoice pictures. a very good RMI registered workshops normally charge roughly R700.00 for a diagnosis. I ended up having to pay them R950.00 to get my vehicle released. This I am writing and people who do not have the means to sue please file online complaint at the Motor Industry Ombudsman their services are free of charge keep all your prove as they can get the company should they find them guilty of practicing ********* business to fine them for a Million rand or their financial year income. Please lets make others aware of business like this.
I have been having very bad expierances with this Company after they installed a tracker unit in my vehicle blew up my ECU while doing this make me as the client stranded and lost of income for a month refusing to pay for the damages. I got a call from Molantwa Netshimbolimbo. Ask for proof from Toyota that they were at fault a bank letter to confirm the account. They have received all of this they cant even pay back the almost R15,000.00 back which I as a client had to fork out because they couldn't pay it. If I did not the vehicle still would have been at the dealership. This is absolutely horific service from a huge company like Car track. Also they refuse to pay for the rental I had to rent due to them breaking the vehicle. Below you as the reader will see the automated answer and nothing gets done watch below either automated or nothing at all.. bad service rather opt for other tracking companies also do not let dealership talk you into Car track rather do independent tracking.
I have recently took our a policy from Car track to install tracking devices in 8 of my vehicles, It has been a nightmare ever since they installed these devices 5 vehicles have been installed when they did the installation on the 6th Vehicle their technician blew the whole cars ECU and left the vehicle stranded I called no one was of help, they eventually got the vehicle towed to Toyota. Toyota gave them in writing that they were hundred percent at fault, which I have proof of. This incident occurred on the 28th January 2025 today a month later the vehicle is still at the dealership Monisha and her Manager refused to pay I just had to pay over R14,000.00 to get my vehicle released and they also refused to pay for my rental vehicle I had to hire from the day they broke my vehicle till today 27th February 2025. I do wish once I am done with this Lawsuit that Car Track make them pay for this out of their own pockets so they too can feel this.

During our call, you informed me that your manager has refused to compensate us for our lost income due to the vehicle's downtime, which has necessitated us to rent a replacement vehicle. Additionally, you indicated that Cartrack would not cover the cost of the new ECU unit and would impose a cancellation fee for the devices that have not yet been installed. I kindly request that you confirm in writing that Cartrack will not be liable for the damages incurred, including the cost of the new ECU unit and our lost income. Please also confirm that Cartrack will impose a cancellation fee for the remaining devices. I would appreciate it if you could provide this written confirmation urgently, as it is necessary for me to proceed with legal action. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I have been waiting since you broke my vehicle I did sent many mails no one responded no one cared and no one wants to pay up now. They would ratheret the vehicle wait another three weeks at a dealership. The client needs to pay for everything including the rental and they still deduct premies stay away. I will send more proof of communication and letters screenshots and everything on Tiktok should our legal team advise this.
I am still amazed with the level of customer care and service I have received ever since I have gotten into a contract with Car Track. Their technicians have still not been able to get one of my vehicles to start THEY DAMAGE THE VEHICLE WITH THEIR INSTALLATIONS AND VEHICLE IS UNABLE TO START. I have made numerous calls, no feedback no one gets back no one goes out and repair the vehicle that they have broken. I have another issue where the other vehicle also now have battery drain on the vehicle and vehicle battery drains clearly inexperienced technicians. They have been of no help and no one can come back to fix my vehicle .I also have not received the R16,000.00 on the rental while the vehicle is broken which I had to fork out of my own pocket for a replacement rental from the 28th till 05 February 2025. I only received a mesagge that they can only attend to the vehicle on the 22 February 2025 which they broke on the 28th February 2025.I have asked if I should extend the rental there is no supervisor or manager that can call and update and apologises and fix their problems.Wisana Mongana and Johanathan from Cartrack does nothing to resolve the issue. Also as you will notice they will sent automated messages here below and same messages to all the complaints but does nothing. please google the reviews before taking out tracking with them. I have not been attended to ever since they broke one of my vehicles as its unable to start due to them cuting in wires and their technicians cant seem to find the problem. Secondly I am having a battery drainage on another vehicle now. Please do not take out contacts with them. They have poor ethics
I am so disappointed in CAR TRACK I have just decided to give them a second chance to in install their units in 8 vehicles. I received after 12:00 my contract agreement and according to me everything is done and dusted, to my surprise I received a call from the technician after 16:00 they want to tow my vehicle I told them no there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. I sent an alert to CAR TRACK as I got nervous as a few days before they installed a Unit in one of my busses and to my surprise it has never happened in the last few years strange someone tried to steel the the vehicle( Go on YouTube and search tracking companies and hijackings). So Yes I was ****ked when there was a problem with this vehicle now and I called the call centre no one is of any help and they just shout in your ear everyone knocks of at 17:00. I even emailed Wisani who sold me the product and have gotten no response. But boy can they harass you with sms s and calls on weekends early and Sunday mornings so much so to a point that I almnost blocked them if it was not for the installation of the units I probably would have. I was told that a technician is working on the car to fix the problem I sent one of my staff to go and have a look no one was on site. I called the technician and first he did not want to answer until he realized I wont stop calling. His supervisor told him to leave and come back in Morning after I told them the vehicle needs to go to Port Elizabeth tomorrow a 10 hour drive and still be busy with clients till somewhere in February none of them were concerned and just have this not my problem attitude. I do understand why you have taken your Google reviews off. I will make my experiences trend on Tik Tok and other media platforms as this is ********* business practice, How can you have no Manager on duty for emergencies, Why cant your technicians sort it out now its a huge expense which I will held you liable for and legal fees which I will have to claim afterwards.. Please cancel the other two cars that you still need to fit devices in as I do not trust you and your Company at all. I do wish I can help others to not fall in this trap. Good day I am writing here as I only get replies and phone calls once I write on here from your company . May please get Carly to get back to me regarding my BMWs claim and her calling BMW and never came back I need to replace my windscreen on my private vehicle which was also lodge in April 2024 she handeld it this week Inwrite emails also to your complaints department and no one gets back. I can no longer drive this vehicle as it is also obstructing the driver's view and not roadworthy . I need your staff to please attend to my claims so that I can part ways with your company as they have been off no help.with any of my claims. Carly have been send multiple emails she also called and promised to call back but still waiting even after sending her an email to ask her why she never came back. I will also make my suppliers aware of this as I send her an email I pay a specific fleet supplier substantial amounts of money I send her a recent proof of payment where I paid thay specific suppliet R529 thousand this month alone which was not a good month for them. Just think that you might loose more business once I tell them that I will no longer use them if they are insured by you, we cant deal with insurances this incompatible.
I have had an incident on the 29th April 2024 whereby a pedestrian ran into the side of my vehicle. I followed all the legal procedures and got an AR number submitted a claim with pictures and everything Outsurance got their approved panelbeater who only had 3 months waiting period and still could not estimate how long they would take after vehicle would be in for repairs. I ended up fixing the vehicle myself which took about 4 days. This is not the first time I have to repair my own vehicles to have them on the road in time and look presentable. Where we live we had severe storms and hail that cracked some of my vehicles windscreens I have also submitted a claim I am fighting till today to just get one windscreen at least replaced by them. Two I have already replaced out of my own pocket the consultant that deals with this have no urgency never mind if its ******* to have a view obstructed. This is the service one get for spending close to R14,000.00 a month on insurance.
I am so frustrated with this bank, I have a fleet of vehicles and have recently asked to increase the limit on the fleet cards, I have been told it would take a while before it can be done. I should top it up I did an immediate payment of R15.000,00 and spoke to Moletsi that I should email proof of payment in order to avoid my drivers getting to fueling stations and the cards declining that this was done on 22nd October 2024 Tuesday already today is Saturday I cant get hold of anyone and the cards are declining, I called their call center and a guy named Tsepo answered and told me the funds were never allocated. I am really struggling with Standard bank I find them very difficult my accountant had to contact them the other day to ask them if they can move my profile as I have to spend so much time to go into the bank for simple stuff and business banker is of no use.
