Connex makes horrible laptops
The laptop randomly stopped working,it hasn't been a month since I got it. I really don't recommend anyone to buy this laptop. It's really horrible. I hate it. It's a mission to connect to WIFI with this laptop after connecting,it randomly disconnects itself from the Internet.

Don't buy connex laptops
I bought a connex laptop for my son's homeschooling not even a year ago. Now the laptop do not switch on if the charger is unplugged. The cursor is not working and the laptop is swollen. The laptop can't even close properly. I am very dissappointed that I bought that laptop

Don't buy connex laptops

Dishonest company - watch out
I ordered labels from this online company and paid by eft on the 11 of October 2025. I emailed me the proof of payment and they tanked me for the order. When I go onto their website to check the progress of my order it says processing and it has been saying this since the 11th of October. The money has gone off my account. When I send them emails asking for feedback, they don't reply.

I bought connex 128 Swift book pro a month ago, it doesn't want to charge, I have to do settings to get wifi, yesterday I was using it and it just went off, it's not working anymore, I'm in need of it,

Connex Swiftbook Pro
I bought a Connex Swift Book Pro 128,doesn't want to connect to wi fi,have to restart laptop every time to connect,tried to download drivers from Connex website but website doesn't work,tried contacting Connex company but that doesn't seem to work either. Would not recommend buying this product,as it has now product support.

I regret buying the Connex Swiftbook. It is 8 months old now and the silver finish is coming off. It doesn't close properly anymore either. Some of the keys are sticking. This device is clearly made cheaply and the quality is sub-standard. At the time it was all I could afford and I had to pay it off monthly. I have wasted my money.....

We are a school and cannot do without these devices. Whoever wants to buy these devices think twice as there is no support in Cape Town for it.
