I started the process for FTTH 22 january and since then have been waiting for proper action. I am sent around in circles and when I contact Vox to ask for the "subcontractor's" number to arrange I get the runaround. It is now a week later since I was told the ONT will be sorted out and I am still in the dark. Their communication channels leaves a lot to be desired. Why can't they just give me the subcontractor's number to arrange directly with them? If this is the way a journey starts maybe I should have another partner on this journey.
Please be carefull when you take the trial as the do not say boldly that your subscription will be automatically renewed at a cost of R750 after 7 days. So my account was debited and I cancelled the subscription but their website clearly states no refund after cancellation so now I paid for something I do not use or need. ******** if you ask me.
We bought a Dominator as it was said it never gets stuck. This damn thing refuses to cover the entire pool and is constantly in one area only. Bad performance for susch an expensive article
From the moment the claim was registered I was kept informed of the progress and until the claim was settled and I purchased the replacement device the service was amazing.
Excellent feedback on all queries and speedy resolutions when needed. Jacob Matlala of the scheduling department is a gem as well as their customer care department.
Terrible ISP to deal with. No way to communicate only via Whattsapp and it's of no help. Please people stay away from these guys. Tey are useless and now I am trying to cancel and I get told to do it via the Whattsapp number. Not happening and their salespeople who are the only people you can reach by phone tells you to use Whattsapp to cancel.
I bought 6 of their Lumen series projectors via Takealot and none of the keystone adjustments on them work. When contacting Connex for help I was told to contact Takealot. We are a school and cannot do without these devices. Whoever wants to buy these devices think twice as there is no support in Cape Town for it.
