I ordered labels from this online company and paid by eft on the 11 of October 2025. I emailed me the proof of payment and they tanked me for the order. When I go onto their website to check the progress of my order it says processing and it has been saying this since the 11th of October. The money has gone off my account. When I send them emails asking for feedback, they don't reply.
Excellent service, value for money and delivery. I will definitely use them again.
They tried to put a payment through my account twice. When I phoned them to query this, they promised to look into it and come back to me. After 24 hours of no reply, I tried to follow up, but the lady was very rude and told me to send an email. I asked her why I must now send an email when they already promised to come back to me and said that I'm going let everyone know on social media how bad their service is, she told me to do what I want and put the phone down. I will never use this service again. Fortunately there were not enough funds in my account for the second payment to go through, but I can just imagine how impossible it would have been for me to get a refund. Another example of how degenerate this government is.
We went to CTM Boksburg and the manager by the name of Dewald was extremely rude and arrogant. Unfortunately we had already paid for the tiles, but we will never be going there again. I cannot understand how a group like CTM aren't more selective with choosing their management staff.
Terrible experience with NCX Press Solutions We had another terrible experience with NCX. On the 2nd of November 2020, we ported our line from NCX to another service provider. Kobus de Beer sent this message “I truly hope that your new SP will give you great service. Should you in the future require assistance or feel the need to move back to NCX we will always be happy to receive you.” Three months later we find out that NCX are still debiting our account for a non existent service. When we queried this with Kobus he referred us to the small print of their contract - “When you ported your numbers away from NCX as per your contract you are obligated to cancel said contract in writing. I attached your contract for review, I also attached a soft copy of the terms to be easier to read.” Even though they ported our number to another service provider they continued to debit our account for a serve that did not exist, hoping we would never pick it up. I leave it up to you decide on how honest and ethical this company is. I am posting this message on every possible platform to warn existing and potential customers of how they operate.
They quoted us for the aluminium and glass for our home that we are building in Ebotse. We accepted the quote in December 2014 and they asked us to please pay the deposit of R354,000 so that they could order the aluminium and start production in January when they opened. They visited the site and told us that everything was on track. Suddenly in the beginning of February 2015 they tell us that they have made a mistake and that the quote is now R500,000 more expensive. We were not happy, but we agreed for them to pay our deposit back. We asked them to please refund us the interest on the R354,000 that they had in their account for 2 months and they refused saying that they don't pay back interest. Not only have they delayed our project by 2 months, but they then also keep the interest that they have earned on our money.
