I need my refund,
The company is helping me I appreciate it, but when it comes to refund it's a hustle, I bought a machine at game and the transaction was canceled because of the system, they ask me to request the email from Marchant to refund me, the Marchant from Game sent 4 emails to go ahead and refund, but even now they keep on saying I should ask for Marchant, I don't know what to do, they asked for ticket number, they were emailed, still. I need the refund before they deduct the money at the end onmf the month Please help

Can i have the paid up letter
I paid up the rain account that was handed over to attorneys, can you please close the account and give me the paid-up letter, your system shows that i am still owing while i am not even using the account since 2021, I paid R570, that i wasnt aware of, but because of my reputation and i was already handed over, i needed to pay it off,

I have been handed over to EASTON BERRY ATTORNEYS, I paid the amount in full, when I check my account on RAIN it shows I am still owing(I didn't even know that I was owing Rain because all I knew is that you pay what you have used, some time I was told I owe R500) Please fix my account and send me the paid-up letter, I have settled the account that I didn't even know
