I bought a Conqueror Courage, brand new in August 2024. The trailer was delivered to me on Tuesday the 6th of August. Friday when I looked at the trailer I found that the tyres on the trailer is old and second hand tyres that was fitted to a brand new trailer. I phone Conqueror in Heildelburg and spoke to Lappies. He told me that he did not know what happend but will replace the 3 tyres, but not the same tyres. After I told the owner at the company where I bought the trailer, that I want the same tyres he went to Conqueror and fetch new tyres that was dated back to 2021 January. So I said I will not take it. This is my second brand new Conqueror as the first one was a new Companion. This will be my last one.

27/10/2023 I received a quote for 2 whisky glasses for my Comfort Recce from Hansie Piek. 27/10/2023 I paid in full send a POP and informed Kamp and Braai in PE 30 /10/2023 I received an email from Leandra as for POP, I end it again and she confirmed. 8/11/2023 I asked for feedback. 9/11/2023 I asked why I am being ignored. 11/11/2023 I asked again, and the response was that glasses are ready and sandblasted with the Recce logo. 21/11/2023 Kamp and Braai said they received their stock, but my glasses did not arrive. I then asked Hansie what is happening. 24th, I asked not to be ignored. Still no response. I have paid in full I expect my mails to not be ignored and I expect my glasses to arrive. Could The CEO please respond?

I bought a pre-owned Conqueror Conquest II cash at Conqueror Northgate. I received a email from them on 17 July 2018 stating that I can collect the trailer on 25 July 2018. They advertised the trailer on GUMTREE as a 2017 model and also stated the same on the delivery email. On 20 January 2020 I wanted to sell the trailer and after neither Conqueror Northgate or Midrand wanted to help me, I was referred to their East Rand Branch in Boksburg. The salesman informed me that I don't have a 2017 model, but rather a 2015 model!! After a heavy conversation with the owner/principal, they advised me it was my fault and should have looked on the VIN number and registration papers. I didn't even know where the model is on the VIN number. I only received the Reg document and number plates 3 weeks after I took delivery of the trailer. The end of the story is they wasn't interested in helping me and didn't even apologize for the mistake. Be warned, never trust anybody. Not even a dealership that has a shiny showroom floor. Once they have your money, you are just a number. I cannot and will not recommend them to anybody.

Very very very bad the dont answer they phoned me i must come and fetched my trailor when i got there the trailor didnt have everything and i waited another 2 weeks for my l shape shade net and till now i wait for my numbetplates and lisence for the trailor and it is 3 weeks now and they have close and i cant go on holiday because my temperary permit expired.

I recently purchased a new C onqueror Companion Off Road Caravan from Conqueror Connection Northgate. The delivery handover was the most comprehensive and Professional that I have ever encountered! The delivery was done by their Manager, Rigaurd de Beer, and deserves a standing ovation! Afew weeks after delivery of my Caravan I contacted the Owner, Vivian Torlage, with a list of relatively minor problems (this is understandable as these Caravans are hand - made ...). Vivian never hesitated or argued for a moment but attended to each and every fault immediatly and expertly. On completion of the required work Riguard contacted me and gave me comprehensive feedback. Each and every problem had been solved ! If you are in the Market for an Off - Road or rugged, high quality Caravan, these are the People to deal with, Even if it means travelling further to get to them! Thank you Vivian and Team.

<p>In essences Conqueror make a good caravan but be warned; they are like a Land Rover, if you buy a lemon you are going to wish you never did!</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought myself a lemon but in fairness I am going to give them 14 days to sort my caravan out, if not I will publish my whole story and you can make up your mind for yourself. If you don’t see another post from me, you can accept that they have pride in their product and take care of their customers.</p>
