Airlink headache
How is it possible that one must wait close to 11 months (without success!!) for a credit after Airlink changes their flight schedule and consequently has to do a refund?? For a company that receives your payment immediately, this is real terrible service!

VODACOM fibre
I cannot believe how terrible, incompetent and useless Vodacom Fibre dept is! After 2 weeks of struggling to get a fibre service going, I had to cancel and switched over to another supplier. Having been in contact with the same agent EVERY day, his reply was "I'll try and assist if the phones stop ringing"..... What an absolute joke!! I even had to reaming him what the query was about, just shows you how little they care about customer service, but very quick to grab your money.
