Couple of years ago I did a telephone call to Them to sign up for a tracker as my insurance demanded it. This year January I decide to trade in my car and buy a new once. I sent them an email, completed that online form and phoned them. The goal was to transfer the unit into my new car but absolutely no response from them. I then drove to their offices to hear that they charge more than R800 to transfer the unit. (this should be a free service). So, I decided to cancel the agreement. Just to see this month they took nearly R800 of my bank account. Apparently, I still had 6 months left on that verbal agreement that I have forgotten about years ago (at my age). I have been using Huge for close on 5 years, Service is shocking, dropped calls, cannot hear our clients, clients cannot hear us... I have been complaining to a Cindy and Prinesha but my emails are ignored. Now I want to cancel the deal to get a more reputable supplier, and they tell me I will have to pay them R10000 to get out of the deal. I have 2 small business, for weeks we have had problems with our huge phones. Cindy Meyer is the manageress I have been dealing with but unfortunately we are now ignored. I asked for het managers details, but she refuses to provide it so Now I would like the CEO to phone me 0837091935

TEVO Port Elizabeth refuses to take our calls and do not respond to our emails. We have already paid for parts and there are credit notes due. come on!!! Good morning, Hope this email find you well. I am at my wits end and disappointed with the service received. I’m getting nowhere with Tevo , no assistance , no feedback and no response. I’ve tried phoning ,sending emails and even contacted Abby directly. All to no avail. You delivered 3 of my spares in the week and I thank you for that , but I received no invoices with delivery. A new invoice and credit note is still due for the wrong motor which was supp****. Now I’m still waiting for 3 spares – 2 of which you had in stock when I first placed the order and paid. Now there’s no stock and nobody can tell me when I can expect to receive these spares. On 29/9/2024 I did shopping at Bay West PnP. Nobody available to work the scale at the fruit and Veg, nobody available at the meat counter, nobody available at the cold meat, Cheese that has been vacuum packed green! a Terrible experience as I now have to go to Checkers to get everything, I could not get at PnP so in future I will just go to Checkers
I cannot get my Momentum App to work. When I want to register it says I am already registered, if I say new password and username it says something went wrong. I have been sending emails to app@momentum.co.za sins the 8th July, no responce. I tried phoning but the que is to long i will use up my entire months airtime waiting on someone. Please ask the CEO to assist me, or should I move my policy to someone else??
