Deceiving and dishonest company
I bought a KSTAR UPS. After 9 months the UPS did not perform per specification anymore and KSTAR/COREX now refuses to honor their 12 month warranty commitment on the main component (battery) of the UPS. I sent numerous communications why this is the case, but no answer obtained. Now they charging me to replace the batteries. I am truly disappointed in their poor service. So be careful for false adverti*****t of their warranty. This is an unreliable company.

Deceitful Company does not honor their warranty
Deceitful Company does not want to refund or fix vacuum machine under 12 month warranty as they claim the machine is not clean enough. CRO Number: 00072392I , Customer Ref: RRN-PRMBN-XYE7. I have personally cleaned this machine a couple of times. There is no way of removing all of the dust inside particles. They are in partnership with takealot.com and play games in order not to refund the machine and honor their warranty

The Corex team exchanged my Synology NAS for a better model and help me to make sure all the data transferred correctly! Warranty rejected on motherboard
I bought a motherboard from [URL Removed] in 2014 which had a 3 year warranty. On 20 December 2015 the motherboard failed and Takealot collected it for repairs. I packaged the board correctly in its original packaging with bubble wrap, and inspected the board for damage (with two witnesses) before sending it. On the 11th of January (22 days after reporting the fault) the motherboard arrived back from the supplier (Corex) with a report (doc number 312738 CRO 031273) that said they have rejected the repair due to physical damage to the board. They said there were scratches on the tracks and damage to a component and sent a photo with it. This was not there when it was couriered. They have voided the warranty, and said they will repair it at my cost if I so choose. This is ridiculous, as there was no physical damage on my side.
