Exceptionally good service from Santam and the assessor
I've received exceptionally good service from Santam over the last year or so. Santam has really come a long way with their service and processing claims. I truly cannot complain about my last claim. Santam did a great job! I've received such good service from Nonku Mapitiza - she was patient, friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you so much Nonku!

Mediocre service
Hi Takealot, it's really hard to get a hold of you to get feedback on a late delivery and you don't reply to any of my messages on your social platform. Truly a mediocre business you are running. Good luck with this company South Africa.

Excessive increases by insurance company - beware!
Auto & General has just increased my monthly premium with 28%. Is that fair? Truly a disappointing insurance company indeed. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

Deceiving and dishonest company
I bought a KSTAR UPS. After 9 months the UPS did not perform per specification anymore and KSTAR/COREX now refuses to honor their 12 month warranty commitment on the main component (battery) of the UPS. I sent numerous communications why this is the case, but no answer obtained. Now they charging me to replace the batteries. I am truly disappointed in their poor service. So be careful for false adverti*****t of their warranty. This is an unreliable company.

Fantastic service from Oneplan staff members
Received such good service today from Mandy and Cristal from OnePlan Pet Insurance today. Such a delight and easy to get things done with Oneplan. I am really very happy. Thanks Oneplan. They really care about my pets. I am actually considering moving my other insurance to them.

Unreliable Santam and coldhearted Linda Bredenkamp
I tried to claim for damages as a result of the KZN floods, but kept on getting rejected after having numerous attempts to explain the accurate fact pattern to them, especially Linda Bredenkamp. Consultant Linda Bredenkamp was very unhelpful, unpleasant and uncaring and made no effort to assist me in any way. Linda Bredenkamp just had no sympathy with the people who were impacted by the floods in KZN. Truly a disappointed how Linda Bredenkamp handled this flood situation in KZN.

Extremely unprofessional company this National Security
I left National Security & Fire more than a year ago and now they are taking money off my bank account for an item which I have no knowledge off. Truly disappointing to see a company do that without providing proper details or informing me first why they are doing this.

Good service and payout from Oneplan Pet Insurance
I received such wonderful service from Oneplan Pet Insurance. They really care about my animals and paid out the hospital cost for my dog with no problems. Thank you also to Eamonne Macfarlane for making this happen.
