Safety concerns.Unanounced men in female bathroom. No cameras to evaulate back entrance MALE EMPlOYEES IN LADIES BATHROOM,NO WARNIING TO LADIES!!!!!? Extremely poor handling of situation INFRINGEMENT OF PRIVACY I visited Planet Fitness Centurion today and experienced a serious privacy concern in the ladies’ bathroom and steam room area. The layout connects directly to the swimming pool via a long hallway that appears to have no supervision or access control,from the back enterance When I exited the steam room, I heard male voices inside the ladies’ bathroom area. I was not fully dressed and had to quickly cover myself with a towel. A female staff member was present but was casually chatting with the men and did not warn me that males were inside the women’s facilities. I reported this to the club manager, but the response was dismissive and no immediate action or reassurance was provided. I then had to go through reception to escalate the matter. This is a clear violation of privacy expectations in a women-only space. I hope management takes member safety and privacy more seriously and reviews their supervision and access control in these areas.

Terrible slow service. Our geyse burst,they send someone from tge otherside of Gauteng,taking their sweer time all day,just to confirm,what the private plumbers said alrady. They geyser burst the living room os flooded. No haste from Miway,they could not care less. No priority
The ladies steamroom is off every weekend in the afternoon. Every time,I have to get dressed,walk to reception an ask them to turn it on. This is between 14.00 and 15.00 in the afternoon. I have to wait half an hour before a cleaner shows up to turn it on Clearly there is no respect for paying members. I left a message for tjhe manager to call me before noon tomorrow,before I escalate the matter to the area manager.
Rude call centre agent ends call while I am talking. She does not comprehend basic English and does not understand anything said. There is a software issue on the network. We now have to connect to an unknown,insecure browser when connectimg to the browser
Terrible service. Nothing functions at this bank Nobody delivers service. Card was supposed to be delivered to me today. No delivery took place. Your bank app sucks. The call centre say they assist and then HUNG Up. I am going to close my bank account. The card pin does not function, like the rest of FNB
A mistake happened with my online order. A double order went through. I contacted the company with 5 messenger to request the order be corrected and the duplicate shoes be refunded. All communication attempts were ignored and a double order shipped
Terrible experience, double charges made for delivery and a credit note given, no money has been paid into my account. Highly pathetic service
Dishonest practices takes place as 1 gave one and a half months notice, they removed their antenna and now send me a bill that they have not removed the antenna on the 25th of April an hour to early at 14.00. They showed me it was removed and now CHARGE me!!
I gave instructions to close my tax free investment. Nobody is getting back to me
