Unauthorised deduction
They debit my in my account without my permission’s I’m not in the debt so they must remove my name under depth review my name is clear I have no difficulties to pay my account I don’t need this company they are ****mers

Be aware
Please be aware of this company. I was approached by this company in 2023 with all sorts of promises on how I can save on my current credit insurance. After a year of collecting their premiums I was informed by my previous bank that they have only now after a year of collecting their premiums requested the cancellation of my previous credit insurance.

Good afternoon, I have send you mails twice today no response , I have contacted you and was informed I will receive a call from you nothing please if your claims department can't assist then don't expect me to pay you every month and when You want to submit an claim you ignore me.

Difficult to Contact and No Feedback
I have submitted a claim with DC Credit Protect, and they have been very helpful at the start. The claim was supposed to be finalised before my debt review debit order went off, but that has now already happened and Im still not sure if the claim is approved or rejected. I have sent mails to the claims department since last week Tuesday with no answer, I have tried to call on various occasions, but after 3 minutes in the queue my call is ended. I urgently need to know whether my claim is approved or if anything is required for it to be paid out etc.

More insurance companies should aim to have a no frills and streamlined approach as you do with valid claims. Definitely recommend!

Why do we pay if we cannot claim when we need to?
If I could I would give them Zero stars. My salary recently got cut, I submitted a claim as a portion of the policy states that they will cover loss of income. My employer gave me a choice. either they retrench me or I take on a smaller role at a reduced salary. Since work is not that easy to find I opted for the cut in my salary. NOW DC credit protect and their underwriters African Unity Life (Pty) Ltd come back and tell me that my claim was rejected as I accepted the reduction in salary. It is not like I walked up to my employer and asked them to cut my salary. They did not even ask for any additional information. This is the company that is supposed to assist with people under debt review. Why do we pay if we cannot claim when we need to? Please maybe try and actually help your customers.
