Good afternoon, I have send you mails twice today no response , I have contacted you and was informed I will receive a call from you nothing please if your claims department can't assist then don't expect me to pay you every month and when You want to submit an claim you ignore me.
Good day I urgently need Debt rescue to intervene in my Nedbank home loan account that is in arrears , I have been a client of Debt rescue for many years and always received exceptional service , but currently I am having sleepless night, my Nedbank home loan debt review account was terminated after 5 years end of February this year , Nedbank never phoned me or made contact with me to inform me that my installments are going to change causing my home loan now in November to go into arrears, Debt rescue since 01 November tells me that they are in communication with Nedbank and await feedback , can you please immediately place the account back under debt review and assist me like you did 6 years ago , owing property is your most secure debt you need to protect under debt review. I have logged tickets with you the first time I received an sms from Nedbank attorneys sending me a legal serve and also a registered mail , please treat this as urgent and avoid Nedbank from taking legal action and delaying to respond to you. Thank you.

Day 3 and you have still not fixed the main fibre line in Brits Elandsrand when will this be resolved.
Useless since begining of April I have struggled to get Fibre at my property today you tell me my line is live and active and I have payed you pro-rata and payed for my router but still up and till today no internet.I a have send you pictures of the faulty cut Fibre in my street and you can't in a month and a half as my ISP get them Vodacom to come and sort this out I request that a senior manager contacts me ASAP , how can you expect me to pay you for absolutely nothing what a disgrace.

Have changed my review from one star to 5 star my internet connection is working again thank you for your prompt service after I have been struggling for days.
Useless no internet light comes and goes off all the time , log calls with support no reply, use my mobile phone as a hotspot on cell c sim using same tower as rain no issue. Had rain before cancelled and decided to give them another change with the 101 Router.Now connection even worse , and I have full signa.l Please stay away from Rain , don't think any employee or even your CEO uses Rain at his property and can confirm that he has a stable internet connection.
