I got given no indication on time frame and there response time is absolutely horrid. I also got shipped the most awful quality items, in fact, one of the harnesses was stitched completely incorrectly, I had to take it to a local business for a seamstress to actually stitch properly as they had ZERO interest in correcting their bad quality product.

They do business very shabbily in comparison to the other online pet stores that I've dealt with. Orders always take long to arrive and most of the time there's no stock which means waiting a week or more. The product ls on the website don't indicate if an item is out of stock. They even replaced certain items with stuff they have without informing the customer ( Happens when ordering dog treats) . There's zero to minimal communication when trying to reach out to these guys which is why I no longer purchase from here. I really did want to support small local businesses but it's just not worth it anymore after free delivery has gone up to R2000 and over and their products has also gone up by a considerable amount.

Absolutely terrible after sales. Their website does not give you any indication of how long the item being purchased will be reach you, while you are busy ordering. You only get an email after you order with the expected date off delivery. When i found out that my item will take a long time to get to me by then i will not have use for it. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund, they rep**** by stating they dont do refunds and they can give me store credit. So i then opted for the store credit but said i will not pay for any delivery fee as i have already paid for that in the original purchase. Never heard back from them despite leaving another email. They are behaving like a bunch of ****mers.

Always receive good service whenever I make my monthly orders from here . I will continue to give this small business my support if they continue to keep up the good service. I have tried multiple online pet stores and only this one didn't disappointment me. Products always arrive in good condition, there's a nice loyality programme and the shipping fees are reasonable.

Recently ordered from Dear Pet Co. We found the communication disappointing. We had to follow up three times on email and a few times on Whatsapp for Dear Pet Co. to respond to our questions. Seen as you aren't offering your product in a shop it's only natural to ask questions and be sure before ordering specially when you paying a lot for your pets products. When we received our large parcel of expensive beds, blankets, harnesses and car leads. The beds and blankets weren't wrapped in paper or plastic, but just dumped in a box (we have a photo). The harness and leads were wrapped correctly. So for these two reasons we give them a three star. We paid a lot of money and except better prompt communication and proper packages so our brand new items don't get dirty or damaged in transit. Each item should be sealed with paper and/or plastic before being dumped in a box. Will we order again? Yes, because we can't fault them on the materials and quality of product was excellent, but they just need to improve on prompt communication and packaging. If you purchasing a harness I recommend you choose a plastic clip and not silver clip as although the silver clip looks gorgeous they are extremely heavy and pulls the harness down on a small breed/puppy. We weren't advised and had to learn the hard way.

I was so stoked to find a locally manufacturing pet goods company: online store and pictures look amazing. Unfortunately, the quality is not great and thread ripped after only 3 days. When I reached out to alert them of the broken thread, it was said to be my fault and there's not interest in engaging further with an unhappy customer to find a solution.
