I would highly highly recommend you stay away from this ISP. They have monopolies in complexes and do not want to act in a competitive manner allowing other ISP to offer services. They also are dishonest in their responses and base their claims on years of experience. For those that are technically inclined please see the screenshot below. They claim the packet loss is caused by a laptop accessing the router through wifi and not directly. The screenshot to the left is a test run on the router itself. Like many times before all they do is shift blame to your internal network. When they run tests they do it to google dns as though this would represent all servers and sites. In the screenshot you will see a traceroute run to google 8.8.8.8 showing this.
Emailed them and phoned and still have not got hold of someone. I am now unable to work and left with looking after my son.
Horrible customer service. *********** and no accountability. Ordered a item on 9th. Received wrong item again today 19th and it was next day delivery originally. Rather use takealot a trustworthy platform

If there is any other option I would strongly advise you to choose that option. I ordered an item online as they could not find the product in store. They charged me twice online for the product. They cannot refund me for a few days now and are struggling to even credit my account while not contesting that they are at fault. I cannot pickup the item despite it being ready for collection as they still cannot find the stock. The system says they have 11 in stock but they cannot find it in the store. No one can even the manager.
They go the extra mile for their customer's. I had an issue with one of the features on their unit. They replaced it for me and kept me in the loop. Great company and great focus on customer service.
I bought a Singo 600. The device is sufficient for powering a TV. One thing that I did not expect is that it would have a built in Wifi that you cannot switch off. It is powerful as well. The password cannot be changed either. I phoned the supplier and they said they would get back to me regarding switching it off but they never did. Apart from the security concerns of this device one wonders if it is sniffing network traffic. It is definitely effecting my normal network. It would be great if they explicitly list on their website that this device has Wifi that cannot be turned off and the password can not be changed. I would never have bought this device if I had known that this is the case. The only option I have now is to pay someone to remove the Wifi from the device or to try and hack the device in order to switch it off. Unfortunately, the endpoints that the app accesses has been obfuscated. It is as though they do not want you to find the apps endpoints in order to switch off the Wifi if this is possible even.
I bought an owlet from them. R11999.00. The camera stopped working after 13 days. I approached them to return the product. They refused and said they require all packaging. The leaflet is missing. Now I have to follow steps to get them to refund me for a purchase.
I ordered food after 16:00. My timeslot was 17:00 then moved to 18:00 and no it is gone and says nothing. Call center has 28 people in line before me. Money off my account so now I have to wait before I can drive to buy food. Absolute worst delivery service on earth
Worst delivery company. Not customer orientated. They refuse to collect an item that is purchased brand new as they stipulate they will break it. Does not come up with solutions.
