Dobsonville point qualisave , date been 04th April 2024. Went in there with a complaint guns ready to blaze, to my surprise (honestly) this lady Dimakatso - I had to applaud the manner in which she handled my situation calm, respectful, she was really listening and showed empathy. Rare to find such service still available, professionalism to the rim, so Dimakatso at Dobsonville point qualisave thank you for making my experience effortless, I applaud you.

Can someone do something about Dobsonville shopping Centre TOILETS..... There are people who are sitting at the toilets door, selling toilet papers and gossiping instead of cleaning the toilets. Management should look for cleaning companies, and not just hire someone who is not even trained, every time when I go to that mall, I will have to come back home early, only because I can't hold for long, and toilets are no go area. I wonder how does the staff cope..DO SOMETHING. THIS IS REALLY ****ING OFF

So I called Dobsonville shopping mall to complain regarding the Bolt/uber & taxi fights. I called just to ask what I should do as a customer who wants to come buy there. I found a very very rude lady that answered the phone she was extremely extremely rude, please train your receptionist better

On the 25th of November 2022, i was at McDonald's Dobsonville i wanted to redeem a deal that i had of Mcfeast on my McDonald's app, i asked one of the employee Nomonde for assistance , she came there tried scanning my IQR code on their machine and it didnt go through , another employee called she just left me standing and went to that employee, i stood there waiting for her to come back and she didn't, i had to go to her , and she said the system was not working and there is nothing she can do about it , i asked her about the message that appeared on the screen that reads "error has occurred call a manager for assistance " she said there's nothing the Manager can do if it says that , what a response , she didn't apologize or tried any means to help me she just left me there once again .... what an experience wouldn't advice one to go there to enjoy their especially using an app or IQR codes.

Yesterday (25/07/2020), I went to McDonald's Dobsonville. Welcomed by "Phila" not sure if it's his real name or what (He is 1.6m + in height, wearing black and gold Adidas sneakers). This guy saw me using my hand sanitizer and tells me that he is still going to sanitise my hands because he doesn't trust what's in mine. I told him that I also do not trust what is in his and went out. My mom approached him and spoke to him, this guy claims it's the policy, what I fail to understand is why does this only apply to him, it was not my first time going to that McDonald's and use my own, even at Ghandi Square I am allowed to use mine. Can I find out if we not allowed to use our own sanitizers at the stores or if it's his own stupid policy

2014 I opened contract account with Vodacom and my contract was closed by the year 2016 august. Later on after closing this account about month after I got a debit order on my account of R879 from Vodacom then I called Vodacom to enquire what is that amount for and I was told I have a new contract and the phone on that contract is iPhone but the lady told me that it is surprising her that I haven't received that phone but I'm being debited. I was surprised because I never open any new account with Vodacom or receive any phone. The I went to police station to get affidavit that state that this account was oped under my name fraudulently. Then I was told this account will be closed, I believed Vodacom but later this year it was June I got a mail that am on errers of R19000 from Vodacom and everytime I call they tell me stories that the account will be closed this was said by Vodacom legal department. Today I was told by the legal department that the account will be resolved by Vodacom and will take as long as they want. They have sent all by documents to them and if they don't believe that it will take long to be resolved. This brings fight and anger in my marriage because this is not only destroying my credit score but my husband as well please help us.
