Exceptional Service
I have never seen such effetient service ever, Kamo is always there when you need him, the company responds to all your needs at a 1 stop shop. I would recommend them to any company, school no matter how big or small they will always be there for all your IT needs

Appalling service
If there was a 0 star rating on here I'd chose that option. Ackermans Jabulani Mall is the worst. 1. They refused us entry because I had an open redbull, apparently I could spill on the clothing. This isn't my first time shopping at Ackermans but after this experience it definitely is my last. 2. Other shoppers wanted to go in the same 2 ladies told them not to step there because they are mopping the floor. This is ridiculous behaviour by your employees

Nedbank Dobsonville
I am at Nedbank Dobsonville, the gentleman at the door refused to help me with a Mere TICKET because I was waiting for the Principal who happened to be 5min. 1. He told me to wait OUTSIDE 2. He told me that he can't give me a ticket because what if the principal doesn't come. I mean I am not that stupid to wake up, go to the bank and then the principal not show up 🙄🙄 Either way even if he had given me the ticket the teller wouldn't have helped me without 2 signatories being there. He is extremely rude and not not customer oriantated at all. The worst worst service ever. I will never use Nedbank personally nor recommend anyone to use it.

DON'T USE RAIN EVER
You know I thought I was the only 1 who has had enough of Rain. After reading reviews on this platform I'm convinced Rain is the WORST, MOST PATHETIC NETWORK PROVIDER EVER. I suggest people do research before taking this thing. 2. I suggest all of us who have rain actually move. I'm tired of talking, sending emails and wasting my airtime calling. 2 consultants gave me their email addresses so they can help me everything month on the 20th, do you think they EVER reply NO. Thanks Linray & Grace for not helping me at all, I know I'm useless but no need to show me. Anyway it's me again asking for a reconnection again, if it's not too much trouble

Very disturbed customer
So I called Dobsonville shopping mall to complain regarding the Bolt/uber & taxi fights. I called just to ask what I should do as a customer who wants to come buy there. I found a very very rude lady that answered the phone she was extremely extremely rude, please train your receptionist better

Extremely aggrivated angry customer
This is the worst networking service provider EVER. I do not recommend anyone I mean anyone to use this. A WHOLE like manger hung up on me after refusing to help me then she says they will call me back to sort out my issue who h I have been experiencing for 3 months. Same problem every month on the 20th, I have spent over R500 on airtime just to call ****** Rain. I honestly cannot wait for Vuma to come to my area so I can leave this useless thing.

Bone in my Pizza
I found a bone in my pizza, I bought a triple decker pizza and 4 real deal pizzas at Debonairs Westgate on Sunday 16.10.2022. We sat down to eat but did not finish the pizza there, this morning while I was home finishing off the pizza I chewed and almost chocked on the bone. I am not sure if you are trying to kill your customers or what? My 2 year old son was sharing the pizza with me what would have happened if he had eaten that specific slice of pizza. I am looking at suing Debonairs for this negligence.

Extremely angry
R600 was used as an online purchase yesterday (06.11.2021) I called in this morning to stop my card and dispute those unknown payments. Now at 15:30 (07.11.2021) I discover another R200 online purchase from the same Nandos app.. Only to find that the first consultant hadn't stopped my card as requested... Now I need to wait for another 30 days for my money to be returned meanwhile my son doesn't have nappies and food 😡😡
