I am very disappointed with the service I received from The San Hair. On the 18th of August, I purchased a Kim Bob 8" unit as a birthday gift to myself. However, I did not receive the hair or any proper communication from the company until I decided to request a refund on the 5th of September. When I asked for the refund, I was informed that it would be processed within five working days by the finance department. Since then, I have been following up consistently. Cynthia assured me that the refund would be completed by today, yet there has been no payment and no communication from their side. When I called again, I was told Cynthia is unavailable, and Catherine, who assisted me, could not reach the finance department either. She suggested that I wait until Monday, but I feel I have waited long enough. The reason I requested a refund in the first place was because I could no longer tolerate the delays. At this point, it has been almost a month since my purchase, and I am left with neither the product nor my money. I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from The San Hair. Based on my experience, their service is unreliable, and their handling of refunds is unprofessional.
On the 15th of February 2024 i recieved a call from getmore customer consultant, she explained the whole contract and i was interested and joined and she said i was gonna recieve a whatapp and email for more info i waited and never recieved anything. On the 23rd of that same month i decided let me cancel it because i can't be paying for something i have no information of, i called the call center to cancel m contract with them and they said it weekend they only work with office hours and said the cancelation department will give me a call during the week to cancel, never recieved the call and gall again on the 27th still still waited for the cancelation department to take my call until the lady who was assisting me said they are busy the will call me back, they never did until on the 28th of March the debited on my account. I called them again on the 28 March, 04 April, 05 April the line are busy on the cancelation department and the will call me back. Please don't join GETMORE247 they are a **** why is it difficult to cancel its like now they are forcing me stay with them.
Pedro's Dobsonville is the worst place to buy food especially online. I'm really not happy about their service and this is not the first it occurred. Whenever you place your oder on the online app, when you get in the store you wait almost an hour, people will come and leave you waiting, when you ask the cashiers its either they don't what you talking about or they just delay you, i once complain to manager Cedric about the issue but the system is still the same ,wheather you pay instore or you pay online, you still gonna wait as a fool there they don't even apologize for the inconvenience they just let you be, what even worse the food is not worth waiting its bad, the chicken is not well done. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there for good food and good service.
Good day everyone i wouldn't advice one to believe MBD call center agent when they say the will give you discount and after you have paid they clear your name... on June 2022 i recieved a call from a call centre agent about my pick n pay store account that was handed over to them because i wasn't paying the acount , we made an arrangement with the call centre agent and they said they are giving me a discount to pay for 3 month and my account will be paid in full, i paid end of July , August my last payment was on 28 of September, 1stly they took too long to send me the paid up letter (proof of payment) i had to call them to send me a proof of payment... on December 15 i recieved an Sms from Vvm another call centre about the same Pick n' pay account saying my account is overdue how beacause i paid up that account, its been 5months now and my account hasn't been cleared its still reflect as written off and overdue please guys help to clear my name. And take note never trust MBD it easy for them to call and remind you about the payment but difficult to clear your name. ..
On the 25th of November 2022, i was at McDonald's Dobsonville i wanted to redeem a deal that i had of Mcfeast on my McDonald's app, i asked one of the employee Nomonde for assistance , she came there tried scanning my IQR code on their machine and it didnt go through , another employee called she just left me standing and went to that employee, i stood there waiting for her to come back and she didn't, i had to go to her , and she said the system was not working and there is nothing she can do about it , i asked her about the message that appeared on the screen that reads "error has occurred call a manager for assistance " she said there's nothing the Manager can do if it says that , what a response , she didn't apologize or tried any means to help me she just left me there once again .... what an experience wouldn't advice one to go there to enjoy their especially using an app or IQR codes.
Good day, I'm not pleased with cellc customer care, on the 29 of july 2020 i made a call to cancel both my contracts with cellc since 28 August was my last debit order, i had 2 contract with them, the lady who was assisting me on the phone only canceled one the number i was calling with and left the other number i only notice dat on the 28 of August when i receive a sms notifying me dat my contracts has been, but i dnt recieve the other one, i called them after only to find the other one was not i open the contracts them same day, almost everything is the same, debit order date the only thing that differs is the benefits why on earth the will i not cancel the other one and leave the other one, i called them telling them to cancel the other one, but the say it will only be canceled on the 31 of September it "impossible" to cancel it with immediate effects now i have to pay 234 imagine 4 the benefits i don't need, i wouldn't advise anyone to open a cell c contract they are not reliable.
Today at about 17:05 was at pep i wasn't happy with the service i got from Senzo Shabangu, he was ignorant with service he was giving and when i confronted him he was very rude, This is what happened i lost parcel counter card and i only realised that when i was done paying, he told me to go back and trace my step, when i was on my way back he said i must leave my plastic for the goods I've jst bought, i didn't mind i left things and went back but couldn't find it, when i got he was not there and i didn't take that long, i asked for him and asked for a plastic bag and they didnt know anything about the plastic bag, and they went to look for and he said he was busy in the stock room imagine telling the customer that, i waited for him until he was done, and he said what the problem with and i told him how i wasn't happy to wait for him this long, he didn't even care to apologize he just said I'm making an issue out of nothing. Not pleased at all
