I have a CF50 fridge / freezer which does not cool . I have asked Takealot.com (where I bought the unit) for help with the assessment &/or repair but get no help at all. I have tried to e-mail the addresses found on Google searches and they don't even reply. I have tried to call the numbers found on Google searches and get messages saying the number does not exist. So I have a unit that is still within warranty but no-one to support it.

It's a shame that a company that has the monopoly as suppliers to the Motorhome and Camper world are SO TARDY in their after sales service !!!!! It is SHOCKINGLY POOR....I wish there was another supplier in Africa!!!

To whom it may concern<br> <br> Hi there<br> <br> I have bought a converter unit on the 1st March 2015.I have used the converter only twice and have sent it in for repairs.The converter unit is still under guarantee so it just needs to be replaced with a new one.The unit have been sent to Dometic for repairs on the 19/06/2015,however I still not have a converter that is working.It has been more than a month now that I am waiting for Dometic.The least that I can say about this company is I can't complain about the service because there is no service at all!!!.I would like it if somebody can contact me regarding my converter units progress if there is any progress!!!!!!<br> <br> Regards<br> A very upset client
