A month ago I asked for more detail on a high end machine that was advertised, so far I have had no (zero) response.
In August I responded to a Livestaianable ad, they rep**** with a ticket number, After a month of no communication, I sent another request. It is now two months and still no response to my request for info. If a supplier can't reply to a sales query I will not buy from them, as their pre-sales service does not inspire confidence.
I logged a query relating to a product that I want to buy. one week later the query still hasn't been answered, if they can't answer a query before the sale what service should I expect after I have paid?
Fastway report that they have tried to deliver my parcel but they have not visited my property. I try to call them but they either don't take the call or leave me on hold until my patience runs out.
I am trying to get the FULL specs of a product marketed through Takealot and their help is not helpful at all.

In response to various Ads I called for a quote. The agent said the call was recorded.... At least three times during the more that 30 minute call I asked at least three times that a transcript of the call be sent to me. Almost a month later I have not received the transcript. I also asked that I be given a copy of the policy for me to review, I was told that I could only get a copy of the policy once I had paid. So, OUTSurance have the details and can not or will not share them with the customer.

I have been a client of ABSA since before they became ABSA and so have some loyalty (misplaced maybe), and they have more than enough of my financial history. In June 2024, I asked ABSA about a change to my Credit Card facility . After NINE e-mails, a few branch visits, and various phone calls they can't or will not help.
I found a vehicle that I could afford on WeBuyCars, and asked them if there were any additional charges (even though I would pay cash). I was told there were additional charges, so I asked for details so that would know exactly what the vehicle would cost. The will not tell me how much or what the additional charges are for.
