I have had no water for 4 days do to Ekurhulenis fault because off no maintanan ce it is pathetic because I can't sanitize during this Covid 19,really not impress with the no service I get for the money I pay

<p>To whom it may concern</p> <p> </p> <p>I took my car to Renew it Edenvale on 1 July 2017 to get the bumper repaired.The cause of the damage was because the towing company through the insurance towed my car from the back and there was a piece torn out of the back bumper.Randy told me that he will fix the bumper and it will only take 2 days.I asked for a courtesy car because this is my only transport to work.Randy told me that there is no courtesy available,all cars is out on loan.I was stuck in the middle waiting for my car that needs to be finished in 2 days and no courtesy car.The repair of the bumper took 5 days instead of the 2 days that I was told.This is vey unproffesional because Randy told me only half of the story.I am really not satisfied with the service I got from Randy@Renew it Edenvale.Telling the customer it is going to take 2 days and then it takes 5 days.I just though I would share this with the public,regarding the service I got from Randy.The bumper was repaired now however now I had a central locking issue.I said they must sort out the central locking issue,however I was now again without my car for another 2 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
<p>To whom it may concern</p> <p> </p> <p>It all started the day of 31 May 2017 that I saw there was a piece of my back bumper torn out.I informed the insurance about this matter.I realized that this must be the towing company from the insurance Firstroad.My vehicle was towed from the back and this is why there is a piece torn out of my back bumper.I told Firstroad that they need to repair this because it is their fault.I also told them that this is my only transport and I need a courtesy car to get to work.Firstroad informed me that the panelbeating company sai it will take 2 days to repair my bumper and there is no need for a courtesy car.The repair of the bumper took 5 days instead of the 2 days .I blame Firstroad for not giving me a courtesy car while my bumper was being repaired.This is the worsed experience ever from Firstroad.I cant complain about the service because there is no service at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
<p>To whom it may concern</p> <p>I was in a car accident 9 May 2017.My car was towed that day to the panelbeaters,through the approved towing company that the insurance recommended.The repairs was done and I got my car back 26 May 2017.The next week 31 May 2017 I saw that there was a piece on my back bumper that was torn out.I realized that this is the towing company because my car was towed from the back to the panelbeaters.I informed Firstroad which is a division of Firstgroup about the incident.They said they will sort out my bumper however I am still waiting for them to give me a date when my bumper will be replaced.I asked for a courtesy car because the repairs will take 2 days,however I am still waiting for a answer from them.The least I can say is I cant complain about the service,because there is no service at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
Hi there<br> <br> I bought a converter unit from Outdoor Warehouse in Woodmead on the 1st March 2015.The sales consultant was Mpho Motaung that helped us in the store.I had trouble with the return of the converter unit and Mpho was always helpful and understanding.She is a very good sales consultant and I would recommend her any time for our next purchase at this store.
To whom it may concern<br> <br> Hi there<br> <br> I have bought a converter unit on the 1st March 2015.I have used the converter only twice and have sent it in for repairs.The converter unit is still under guarantee so it just needs to be replaced with a new one.The unit have been sent to Dometic for repairs on the 19/06/2015,however I still not have a converter that is working.It has been more than a month now that I am waiting for Dometic.The least that I can say about this company is I can't complain about the service because there is no service at all!!!.I would like it if somebody can contact me regarding my converter units progress if there is any progress!!!!!!<br> <br> Regards<br> A very upset client
