Left my appointment with Dr Green in shock. After waiting to be seen almost 2 hours after my original appointment time, Dr Green saw me for a total of 3 minutes (no apology for the delay). During this short time, she answered a personal phone call, failed to listen to any of my specific issues, and attempted to force a treatment plan on me with which I was not comfortable. It is clear Dr Green fails to consider patient’s needs, and just wants to get as many patients in and out of her rooms as possible. After some quick rambles and a no attempt at individualized treatment, Dr Green opened her door, indicating she wanted me to leave. Unprofessional, unpleasant, very poor service provided. Would not recommend to anyone. Deeply regret going to her.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED, ESPECIALLY WOMAN WITH CHRONIC CONDITIONS! This doctor has no genuine interest in the well being of expecting moms. Consultations are quick and rushed. I am a chronic Diabetic and was left to carry full term. I lost my baby at 37 weeks after an emergency c-section which was done by another doctor, who showed more empathy and interest in my case. all because Dr Green was due to go on holiday in December and I was pushed to have my baby when she returns in January.

What a horrible experience. I went for my normal check up. After my checkup and a couple of question the Dr casually mentions you have Pcos. I asked what it is and shoul I be considered, she literally gave me a blank paper where she wrote Pcos on and told me to go google it. I felt so overwhelmed and confused and she didn't want to help me. She was so rude and couldn't get me out there quicker. She didn't phone back to give my blood tests results, you as a patient should phone after a couple of days. You pay so much for a consultation and wait so long just for her to tell you to go google. What doctor tells a patient to go google it.She shouldn't deal with patients at all.

Where do I even start??? In my eyes, this is NOT a Dr. Mrs Green is the most unprofessional rude medical person we ever dealt with. My daughter used to have extreme pain in her abdomen from time to time, especially when she is close to and on her period. She even experiences pain when using tampons and when she and her husband has intercourse. She went to see "Dr Green" twice with the problem and she could never see what the problem is. With the last visit the dr said she might have endometriosis and she needs to go for a laparoscopy to have it removed, but then in the same breath she said that she cannot manage to see her ovaries from the top with the sonar or from within and she sees something else that bother's her but she would rather look in theatre what is going on first. So ...... How do you see endometriosis if you cant see the ovaries??? And Why NOT tell my daughter what else bothers her, she is the patient after all and pays for that visit and has the Right to know, so she just leaves my daughter hanging and worrying until the operation. She also uses medical terms and does not explain in normal terms what it actually means she is going to do. On the day of the operation my daughter asked her again in theatre to please tell her what she is going to do again, and the rude dr replies: "how do you come to theatre and don't know what you are coming in for?" and she explained it to her again , once again in medical terms and made my daughter repeat each sentence after her like a 3 year old child. Then the anesthetist struggles to get the needle in her hand, hurting my child as she tries to push and push left and right, up and down with no luck making 3 more holes after that and then eventually 2 tries in her arms also with no luck then only after my daughter cries and begs to rather use the gas, she stops trying and uses the gas. My child is blue of all the needle marks. The sisters told us the procedure will take only 45 mins and she will be back. 2hrs and 15mins later my daughter was still not back so we called the theatre asking where she was. They replied she is in final stages of recovery, in the mean time they were struggling to get my daughter to respond and move her body because her body felt dead from the neck down. She could not move. When they brought her back into the room she was very nauseous and kept on vomiting, so I gave her coke to calm that down and to work out the anesthetics. When the dr came to do her rounds, she said to her that she has no endometriosis and her tubes are clean she can have kids. So I asked her but what was wrong then because shes always in pain and she replied sarcastically, "we will look at other methods now which I will discuss with her (pointing at my daughter) when she comes for the follow up 4 days later. Then my daughter said she has a quick question, - a week before the operation she had severe pain and looked like she picked up allot of weight around her tummy, what could it be then? The dr replied...ïf we want to loose weight, we do not have coke do we? in the most sarcastic tone, once again as if my daughter was a child she spoke to - reprimanding a child. As I was trying to explain why I gave her coke she just started walking out of the room whilst I'm talking to her. Then the rooms want to charge my daughter for the Follow up visit!! That night she started having a yellow discharge with a terrible smell and her bladder burns when she goes to the toilet. Still nauseous. We cancelled the follow up visit and went to see another excellent Gynecologist, which saw everything that was wrong. My daughter's womb is turned around the wrong way and more to the side - not in the middle. Plus she has a tumor on one of her ovaries, Plus she has IBS which ALL contributes to the pain in her abdomen. Dr Green did not even give my daughter antibiotics, only 3 sets of pain meds. This new Dr also discovered that the bad smell comes from a bladder infection my daughter has which she did not have before the operation. The worst thing of all is that you put all your trust into that Dr's hands to help you (paying them a fortune to do so) and this is the treatment you get!! WORST DR EVER!!!!!

I thought Dr Green was excellent. She was straightforward, honest and precise. I had a pain-free postpartum experience. My little girl is healthy and well, the c-section was smooth. I had no issues whatsoever.

What a stressful and awful experience! No compassion, no sympathy and no communication. Although I will say Dr Green in the consultation made me feel very comfortable everything after that was shocking. Little to none communication was given for a procedure that they wanted me to book for, trying to get information was a nightmare and asking for a follow up so that I could get information about what the procedures were, what to expect and the risks involved would've cost R1100. When I sent a complaint no apology or reasoning was given.
