HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED, ESPECIALLY WOMAN WITH CHRONIC CONDITIONS! This doctor has no genuine interest in the well being of expecting moms. Consultations are quick and rushed. I am a chronic Diabetic and was left to carry full term. I lost my baby at 37 weeks after an emergency c-section which was done by another doctor, who showed more empathy and interest in my case. all because Dr Green was due to go on holiday in December and I was pushed to have my baby when she returns in January.
Sitting with no electricity since 10:30 this morning after making a purchase. Made a call to the call centre and was told there's a "communication error" I should wait for 10 minutes if it doesn't get sorted out she will have to send out a technician and she will call me in 15 minutes with an update. No call back so I call in again only to be told the exact same thing by another agent. I speak to the manager and was told the first available technician will come through but I cannot be given a time, so besides sitting for no electricity for 2 hours I should now sit and twiddle my thumbs until Protea Meterings technicians decide they have time to come through!!!!! I have never seen a company who holds this much incompetence!!!! Their service is utterly disgusting to say the least!!!!!
Second review and still no assistance from the legal team. I've been handed over to the debt review company and they have confirmed that they received the payment and Cell C needs to clear my name from a credit side. Its been 2 to 3 months and 1000s of emails and complaints. Cell Cs service is really astonishing and I'm glad I didn't renew my contracts.
My arrears/Settlement amount had been paid in FULL in February, and proof of payment was sent through, cell C agents confirmed receipt thereof, when spoken to numerous Cell c agents at the time they advised me that it will take a week for my name to be cleared off their system. Last week i've been receiving emails and calls non stop from a debt collector named Nimble Group stating I owe Cell C a balance of R429,65 (utter ****) I called Cell C and an agent advised me that is has been escalated and I should call back on Tuesday(22 September 2020). I called back on Wednesday 23 September 2020 and another agent by the name of Catherine advised me that the legal team is still working from home and I should send an email to DebtReviewsandAdmin@cellc.co.za which was done and up until now no feedback has been sent whatsoever! I called Cell C AGAIN and another agent advised me that their Legal team is still working from home (why I have no idea as far as i am aware we are on Level 1 and it doesn't make a difference whether they are at home or at work as they still dont seem to be able to do their jobs!!!!) and I should call 084143 option 2. I call and no answer! I am at my wits end with Cell C!!!!! !!!! Im being sent from pillar to post just for them not to have my name *****ed up due to their level of INCOMPETENCY!!!!!! Cell C's level of service is utterly DISGUSTING to say the least and I would not recommend them at all!!!!
Checkers Greenvalley 2019/10/29- between 18:30-18:45 - My mum and I went to the express till and after paying for our goodies I asked the teller if I may have one of their new cards and I didnt get a reply, thinking she didnt hear me i obviously ask again "can I also have one of these cards?" So the cashier gives me the card (without saying anything) so i said to her "so what should I do now?" and she still ignores me, furious i give her the card back and ask for her manager and she still decided to ignore me, i get to the managers and explain that one of their staff members are extremely rude and is flat on ignoring me when asked about the card, so he replied "sorry about that I will sort her out" so i ask him what will be done because what if when I leave nothing is done and she isnt reprimanded, he assured me that he will sort her out as he doesnt know her name because he is still new to the store, and proceeded to assist me with the card, whilst assisting me the cashier starts complaining to the customers that were behind us, (mind you she had nothing to say when I was talking to her but definitely had a fat lot to say about me to the other customers, I was surprised that she could actually speak) I did ensure that the manager again knew that I was not impressed after having shopping there since they've opened that I have NEVER received such bad customer service, let alone experience such an ILL MANNERED and RUDE staff member as the cashiers are usually helpful and friendly. I really hope this cashier is taught some people s****s as her behaviour today was completely and utterly DISGUSTING & DISRESPECTFUL and I hope she never treats another customer like that again.
Nando's Emperors palace- for one-The staff are EXTREMELY unfriendly. Two-A simple request of EXTRA SAUCE has never been adhered to regardless of the number of times we order there, therefore after checking my food, I always end up having to go back to the counter for something that was initially requested, On Friday 20th September 2019 was yet another horrifying experience where I just had ENOUGH as I wasn't given the extra sauce in the hotpot I ordered so I obviously go back to the counter and request for extra sauce, my food is then taken to the kitchen where something was hilariously funny (or so the kitchen staff thought) but I clearly wasn't made aware of the joke, anyway leaving that aside while waiting for my food to come back I get PUSHED aside by one of the waitresses with a red shirt (didn't get her name) who were coming out of the kitchen, which I thought was extremely rude and a simple "excuse me" would've been more polite but neither did I get a "SORRY" after that, I then requested to see the manager who looked quite baffled, nevertheless I explained that I was an unhappy client as my boyfriend and I are regular clients on the weekend and EVERYTIME i have the same issue, his response was "I'll try to fix that". So be that our last order at Nando's Emperors palace as the sauce they put in was basically just "plopped" over and became inedible. Hopefully their customer service improves and they hire more people friendly staff.
Never have I been to a nail salon and left that unhappy. Firstly when I got there I was asked by an employee named Sharon to come back in 20 minutes as they were apparently running late. I get back only to find out by the owner Arlene they were unable to find my name on their system ( I made a booking a week before hand). Eventually Sharon was able to start on my nails then there were constant interruptions which led to her leaving me unattended and then returning and forgetting where she left off- she forgot to buff my right hand and almost began with the polish ( if I hadn't told her). The owners mother was also present and whilst having her feet done she also complained about the ladies doing her feet asking them not to make a mistake like they did the last time, she kept questioning the employees in front of us customers, the owner Arlene was complaining about one of her other staff by the name of Thuli also in front of me ( I think that should've been done in private when your customers leave). I had asked for an acrylic with normal nail polish ( I do this every month at my regular nail salon). I am aware normal nail polish takes a while to dry BUT definitely not an hour and a half later. I was then stuck with bumpy, smudged and super untidy nails. I returned to the salon and I have never seen an owner such as Arlene so rude and unapologetic that one of her clients were unhappy. she said she did tell me normal nail polish takes a while to dry she shrugged her shoulders and walked away, Sharon then came to me saying "she doesn't know why I have a problem as normally their other clients do not have a problem with their nail polish" I asked them to just remove their product from my nails. R475 later I had to go to another salon so the lady could fix the mess they made on my nails. This was my first and very last experience at Perfect 10 Greenstone and trust me I will never return or recommend this place to anyone.The service is pathetic and disgusting and so are the attitudes of the ladies working there which includes the owner Arlene.
