Been requesting my tyre picture damage through email and call but I’m not assisted. I need to claim for my tyre and without the pictures I’m driving dangerously without good tyres on my car. Disappointed

Unless you’re unconscious at the scene of an accident, (better yet specify with your insurance to not be ‘assisted’ by First Assist tow trucks), do not use First Assist tow trucks. 1. Pushy tow truck driver - so pushy and buzzy I suspect he was on drugs. 2. Name discrepancy - said his name is Jayde but wrote on the invoice Claude 3. Cracked my bumper by mounting the vehicle negligently (I have a tow hook in my cubby hole he did not ask for). He said insurance would cover the damage but they didn’t because there was no damage to the front of the vehicle in the accident. My insurance did cover a new number plate he ********** beyond repair. He simply could have asked for my tow hook. No damage necessary. 4. My partner came to the scene and we followed the tow truck to the storage yard and for some reason there Claude/Jayde asked for my keys. I said I would give them to someone who worked there- not necessary to give them to him. He promptly disappeared before I noticed the damage he caused. 5. I emailed First Assist about these issues and they have not given clarity on the name discrepancy or the damage of the vehicle due to the drivers negligence. Literally my partner could have towed me and not damaged my vehicle. Overall horrible experience in an already horrible experience being crashed into on the highway. As my father said- they are vultures and don’t care past the job. I do believe there are better guys and companies than First Assist.

My insurer (Santam) used this company's towing services on 24/9 for my vehicle. I had to phone around the next day to hear why my bakkie was not transported to Ford as requested, only to disover that a cable broke and my bakkie slipped off the towing truck that resulted in bad damages!!! Now it's a fight to get things sorted as quickly as possible. You would think that this company would jump to make amends to makeup for the horrible mistake. Instead, the consultant assisting (Banele) is not being helpful, questioning everything like why I need a courtesy vehicle!!! Firstly, my insurance with Santam covers for for this and secondly it's your fault that I'm going to be stranded for a prolonged period! All I can say is stay away from this company. Highly unprofessional and unhelpful

I had not been able to go to work due to a pending case I was attending. I had told my manager and HR via WhatsApp about the case as it is a old case involving my niece. I didn't want to get a lot of people involved as it is a personal matter. I was supposed to be back at work, unfortunately I received a call from ipid to come to the station as I had complained to them.Aldo I needed to apply for a protection order. I communicated all the conversations via WhatsApp. Unfortunately I couldn't communicate after that. I then received a WhatsApp text from our Operations Manager Thabiso Modise,Informing me that he heard stories about me. I them told him I have family issues I am attending to and will call him, Howver I didn't want to call him as I did not want to divulge my family issues with him. On the 4th September 2024, after I switched on my phone I received 2 sms's, one was for a hearing date that I was on leave without authorisation and the other was that my contact was terminated on the 3rd September 2024 and had 30 days to appeal. However those days were not paid to me, as out payroll is on the 25th. I had committed to our HR lady Georgina via WhatsApp that I am available on between the 1wt and 2nd October 2024 to return company property the laptop and cellphone. However my leave days as we're not paid and the day's up to the 3rd September 2024 when my contact was terminated were not paid, despite me commutating. Regards

Mostly as customers we're quick to complain but I just want to say I received an amazing service from Merry Lek****wa last Easter Friday. I was stranded and stuck in the middle of nowhere with a mechanical breakdown. She kept calling to check if I was okay until my self and family received the road assistance. Thank you for the excellent service you deserve to go far!!!!!!! Thank you @FirstAssist for the good service.
