I have a webuycar tyre cover through innovation group. I have had an incident that resulted in my tyres damaged. Innovation group is giving a run around with excuses in order not to pay the claim. they seem to be looking for reasons not to pay instead of acting ethically.
Been requesting my tyre picture damage through email and call but I’m not assisted. I need to claim for my tyre and without the pictures I’m driving dangerously without good tyres on my car. Disappointed
I have paid up my mpowa finance account more than a month ago but they still show I owe them R3000. I have received a paid up letter for my account but despite they are not adjusting my balance. Now my credit record is impacted because of their incompetence. Please thing twice before deciding to do any business with them
Been trying to withdraw my funds and also sent WhatsApp message however I’m being hold they will get back to me shortly for the past 3 hours . Quick to take people’s money and not same level accountability when a opposed to pay.
Pathetic service and conduct. Received 5 calls in 30 minutes . Intentionally increasing customer balances with high volume calls. ******* conduct as they call you even after you just spoke with them. Must be report led to NCR as they do not follow good market conduct . If you are thinking of taking a loan with them, please save yourself from this madness
WSB ignored my requests for withdrawal. I make withdrawal and they have been telling me about their system issues. Pathetic service and disregard for customers
I have made 2 withdrawals worth R3500 via standard bank instant money but never received any sms and pin. Sent email and called in but no avail. Bad service experience
They are quick to take peoples money but when time to pay they are on a snail pace. I am waiting for my refund to be paid to me and send multiple emails of which I am ghosted .
I have explained to African Bank that my pay date is on the 20th and do not get paid on a workday befit but exactly. The consultant however made my pay date to be 18th and also giving me an attitude as if I’m the one that made paydate to be 18th and refusing to assist. No regard for customer concern
I have made withdrawal requests however they are not credited to my account. This has become a trend in the last few days and also non responsive consultants. Always get told they are escalating but nothing happens. Extremely poor service
